I operate a Lear 25 and have been looking for the ideal fuel stop between central TX and New York for a year now and have finally found that spot. Great quick turns, friendly staff, and nice facilities. We have already been through 4 times and would definitely recommend Capital City to anyone. Thanks guys!

A great stop on our way to OSH and back. Thanks for the ride into town for some great bbq for dinner!

Stopped for fuel and lunch. They do not have a crew car, but the nice lady working the desk took us to the White Light Diner. Rick had officially "closed" about one hour before we arrived, but he opened the door for us and the food was FANTASTIC! Thanks to Rick & Slim for your hospitality. Very nice FBO. Certainly worth the stop.

The staff at Capital City is great. They provided a nice tour of Daniel Boon's Grave, Downtown, and a ride to and from the hotel. The hospitality from the employees make this airport a must visit. Also, their gas had a decent price.

Stopped in Capital City back in June as Racer #14 in the Air Race Classic. The hospitality was exemplary; the entire team of folks there put this stop at the top of the list. Indeed we kept the fueling manager busy, but he didn't seem to mind. All the gifts were a nice added touch, but just to know that these are good, regular folks with down-home hospitality, who can handle anything from a J3 to a GV, now that's what I call a great airport!

Stopped here for a quick snack, albeit a while ago. Very friendly team there and were made to feel at home. A good place for a pit stop!

On 9-24-08 I had the pleasure of stopping at Capital City airport. The staff parked and tied down the plane, gave us a ride to the Motel, and picked us up the next morning. Truly a great experience.

Friendly helpful folks, a quick turn and relatively low fuel prices. Can't beat that.

We stopped in for fuel in the early evening. We had trouble figuring out how to use the self-service pumps but the linesman was very helpful.

Dear Airport Manager, Thank you very much for the hospitality given to the Air Race Classic in June. The staff at the airport was very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Troy Gaines who graciously helped move my airplane and to the fueling manager whom we kept so busy. The KY pin and the Frankfurt milk chocolate bar were nice gifts. The race is a great challenge and adventure for us racers. We really appreciate your help. Thank you.
