Highly recommend. Gentleman on site fueled my plane for me though it was self serve on a Saturday afternoon, and he offered a courtesy car into town. Nice facilities and friendly service. Even provided a bowl of water for my thirsty dog.

Kenny Howard, the airport manager provided hangar space and a car free of charge for an overnight night weather layover. It is service like this that makes GA wonderful. Runway is in good condition with full-length taxiway.

We get into Fort Scott 3 or 4 times a year. Always a super stop. VERY friendly helpful crew at the airport.

Friendly, helpful FBO. Provided courtesy car to drive into Fort Scott. Town has several dining choices. The Mexican restaurant is really good. The historic fort is very interesting to tour.

Kenny Howard, the manager, met me at the self serve pump and fueled the aircraft for me. Nice airport with full length taxiway and new facility. They will start locking the terminal building on Sundays starting on November 6th for the winter months. That will mean that no bathrooms will be available on Sundays. There is an outside phone. This is a very good stop!

Low voltage light on. No joy with electrical failure checklist. Terminate flight asap. Nearest Ft Scott Municipal. Friendly manager Kenny Howard notifies maintenance even before we land. Brian Hough diagnoses bad alternator and declares this our lucky day. Reason is he called Wichita for the part and had it put on a plane returning to Fort Scott. Courtesy car for lunch in town, quick repair of our C182, top off lowest gas prices of trip and on our way. Top notch courtesy and professional service.

Nice airport in great condition. We were met at the self serve pump and given all the help required. Facilities are neat and clean. If you need a place to stop during business hours this is a great place. If my trips come back this way this will be a fuel stop.
