This FBO is a rare find. The facilities are spotless clean, modern, and the prices are reasonable. Large, modern lounge, and very helpful staff. They have golf carts to get you around on the tarmac and help you with the luggage. They can arrange an on-field plane washing service. Highly recommended!

Glendale Aero was once one of the best FBOs in the area. Now it is clear that it is no longer the case. The self-serve fuel is obviously not maintained and has not been for the past few years. The display is unreadable, one pump is unusable and on top of that their prices are nuts. The desk staff is rude and appears to not want to help anyone.

Back here again - I believe there's another review from me a year ago but nothing has changed the pump that was broken a year ago is still broken. Now the credit card reader is hieroglyphics and you have to be a genius to be able to read it. Do these people really not care or are they just that tight that they won't repair and upgrade the equipment.

Arrived in our Baron on 05/20 and was directed to transient parking. Our rental car was brought out to the plane so loading was convenient and quick. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Gave our fuel order at the desk so everything was set to go on the morning of 05/21. Nice facility and nice people. Will definitely use them again.
