RK and Greg are great. I waited for pax for 3 hrs before they cancelled until the next day. Hertz rental car was great on the extra day. Gold Miners Inn is a good place to spend the night.

Flew in over Memorial Day weekend and Enterprise dropped off the rental vehicle for easy pick up. Airport staff was very helpful. Stayed at the Parsonage B&B, the hostess, Patty, was very entertaining and helpful. She made up a very good breakfast. Chuck Shea the owner, also a pilot has done a wonderful job with this B&B. Had a great dinner at Friar Tuck's. This is a great place for a weekend getaway.

Parked over-night March 6th. A little bumpy on approach due to surrounding terrain. Very friendly people. A $4 over-night parking fee. Free phone to call hotel/taxi. A local gave us a ride to our hotel - Outside Motel is Nevada City. The town is a nice old-world kind of place, good for a night-stop with a few small shops and lots of eating-places.

Great place, but use caution. Traffic lands both on 07 and 25 even if the winds are out of the west. There are fire-fighting aircraft based here, they (and some locals) like to land up hill on 07. When we landed 25 we had a tail wind at app end and a head wind as we rolled out! It is an Mt airport.
