Jet Air is a well oiled FBO. Line service, perfect, to include help with all our "stuff". Front desk CSR, most pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable. Only GRB ATC a little, maybe training? new understanding speeds as there is flight training at 70kts vs. Arrivals going much faster.

Joe on linecrew was our first contact with Jet Air Group. He was so careful, helpful and professional as he towed us back from US Customs. (Customs is just down the ramp and it is a great location to clear customs for us coming in from Canada.) The linecrew fuelled us exactly as we requested in short order while we ate our lunch inside. Marissa, the Customer Service Rep. inside is awesome. She is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Check out the complimentary coffee here too - there is even a great choice of flavor syrups to kick it up a notch. That better that expected coffee symbolizes how this FBO exceeds expectations. Thanks Marissa, Joe and the gang. Highly recommend Jet Air Group!

Very pleasant overnight! Was greeted by two attentive linemen, who kept me on the ramp plugged in overnight (for 10$). The next morning the tanks were topped and the CSR (Michael?) was super friendly and helpful. This place sets the standard for larger airport FBOs! I will definitely return! Archer 9341C Handling fee waived with 10gal fuel purchase, the county charges a 10$ ramp fee.

As you can see from my prior remarks about Jet Air. They do a great job. Returned for 2021 AirVenture. Again Jet Air did an excellent job. Plenty of parking, enough employees inside and out to make things go well.
