By far, the best FBO I've flown to. They make even us little guys in our 182s feel like rock stars. Great service, great hospitality, great everything!

Still the BEST FBO in the state. Stopped in for fuel for our Flight Design CT LSA. Not a big fuel sale but we were treated like we bought a thousand gallons. First class all the way!

Unbelievably amazing place. Free overnight hangar with just a little bit of fuel purchase. They roll your plane out to a covered hanging, with carpet leading up to the plane's door! The lounge is beyond amazing. Even has a pilots "sleep room" AND another lounge off the pilot's lounge with 6 very large "lazyboy" type custom chairs and a 60" flat screen which includes a DVD player! My wife enjoyed watching football which I prepped and pre-flighted the plane. And then, she wanted to STAY to watch the football game! How often do you get a wife who WANTS to stay at the FBO! This place is THAT good. This world would be a much better place if we were all as top-notch as this FBO (and amazingly enough, the other two FBOs on this field are very very good too!)

Beautiful facility. Way beyond what you'd expect...Nicer than most big city FBOs. Line service was excellent...Staged the plane under the canopy when we returned. Thanks Dante!

Visited here 9/14 to 18. My 182 and I were greeted like royalty. Service was amazing. Lounge is beyond amazing. They provided hangar at a great price. I had a problem with my alternator - the head of maintenance, Brian, was helpful, efficient and accommodating. Ordering parts and getting me back in the air quickly and lower shop hour price than expected. You can't go wrong giving Havasu Air your business.

There are too many good things to say about HAVASU AIR CENTER. As an instructor in the area I fly here often. All too often instructors, and their aircraft, are treated like the scourge of the sky; this is not the case here. We are always treated as if we just flew up in Air Force One. Top-notch facility! All new FBO (And it is SWISH!) Drinks, best cookies this side of AZ, slushie machine, new crew cars, nicer bathroom then I have in my house, modern planning room, movie room & private nap rooms (Not that I ever get the chance to use them), and I can go on. Daren, Dante, and Victor are the nicest people you will ever come across! They understand the fundamentals of service, interpersonal skills, and their relation to a good business model. As an instructor I have never been concerned with fuel prices, but I know that they usually have the lowest on the field. You'll be glad you stopped in.

We received exceptional service when we stopped here for the night. The Air Center was the only FBO open when we arrived at dusk. A callout got us to the FBO. The staff tucked our Bonanza in a hangar (free) for the night; nasty winds were forecast. The Enterprise rental car was less expensive than a taxi would have been. The FBO called a local resort and reserved a room for us at its crew rate. Our aircraft was fueled and ready to go when we arrived the next morning. I felt like an auto company CEO. You gotta love this FBO

What a great place. Flew in, in a 172 and they treated me like I flew a fancy jet. The place is POSH but they made us feel welcome. Even did a minor repair on the plane. Prices were great. What a wonderful place.

Flew in today from Phoenix in an Archer to see Lake Havasu. This is one of the best FBOs I've seen. Everything is brand new, and the service was wonderful. Complementary crew car was provided, and plane was parked under shaded overhang for a couple hours while I toured the area. Fuel prices were _below_ price posted here.

Landed April 5th the service was top of the line had my rental car taken care of and also hangared our two bonanzas for free. Called late that night to have oxygen tank filled was not a problem, filled when I arrived in the morning. Will go back! Dante and his crew are the best I have ever been to.

Recently participated in the 2009 Fly-in at the lake hosted by Havasu Air Center. This is by far one of the nicest FBOs I have visited. Not only was the facility first rate but also the staff went above and beyond to put on a great weekend. Definitely worth stopping when flying through the Southwest.

I've been an aircraft owner for 14 years and have flown throughout the mountain west. We flew 3 airplanes down from northern Utah for the fly-in on 3/28-3/29. The level of service we received from Darren, Marian, and Victor was above and beyond anything I've seen. Thanks again guys.

Our flight crew recently spent a few days based out of KHII and we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and enthusiasm of the Havasu Air Center staff. We had a big airplane so it was understandable that they would treat us well, what was surprising was that they were giving the same attention to small singles. On top of that their FBO facilities are among the top 3 I have ever seen in the nation. Unbelievable to find this level of service and quality in Lake Havasu!!!

My first time flying into Havasu City airport and the Marinelli brothers, Daren and Dante along with Maryann Lockwood were most impressive. I had called ahead to reserve a crew car and advised them of an 11:00 AM arrival time. We landed at 11:30 and we were met at the taxiway by Daren driving a "Follow Me" cart. We were guided to their beautiful FBO with a shaded overhang and carpet was placed at the aircraft's door after shut down. We toured the facility, which should be in Architectural Digest, and had the aircraft fueled. The crew car was a new Oldsmobile 300, which we used to visit the island for lunch. The fuel prices and services were great and I would recommend this FBO as a must see experience. $17 overnight hangar fees are also unheard of.

This FBO was a 5 star experience from beginning to end. Our aircraft was hangared overnight at no cost other than buying fuel (cheapest on the airport). The facilities the best I have encountered by a mile. Thanks to all the helpful people we encountered there. Steve & Kay Taylor

My family and I just returned from a short vacation to Lake Havasu. We decided to try out Havasu Air Center, and are so glad we did. We have been to tons of FBO's throughout our flying career and can say this place sets the bar to an extremely high level. I don't think any detail has been missed in the design and operation of Havasu Air Center, from being greeted under SHADE with cold water and a fresh cookie, to our kids enjoying a movie in the FBO Theater while we pre-flighted. This FBO has it all!! We arrived in our faded old Comanche, but were treated like we rolled in a G4. The Marinelli family has set the new benchmark for service, atmosphere, and still managed to have the lowest fuel price on the field. Thanks Havasu Air Center, you will be a regular stop during our travels!!!
