Signature Aviation, the world's largest private aviation terminal operator, has acquired Meridian, an award-winning private aviation company with bases in Teterboro, NJ (TEB) and Hayward, CA (HWD). This transaction will result in:
-- More opportunities to invest in the field and promote aviation services.
-- Increased number of FBO options for international flights and customs.
-- An expanded network of FBO and hangar locations that our customers can rely on when they travel.
-- More opportunities for team members of both companies.

The transaction was completed on January 1, and Meridian's TEB and HWD bases joined Signature's global network of more than 200 locations in 27 countries across five continents. Over the next few months, both teams will be working on a seamless transition that includes incorporating best practices from both companies, enhanced site plans, updated branding and the integration of Meridian's team members into Signature's family.

Great experience all around. FBO was clean, modern and very friendly. They moved my plane prior to departure so that I wouldn't need to walk through puddles. Top notch crew and staff, efficient and professional. Also, first time visitors get introductory fuel and parking rates, couldn't ask for more.

We visited Meridian Hayward twice this week in our Citation and again found the service here to be excellent all around. CSR Jenny helped us with rental car arrangements for the pax leading up to our arrival, and the line guys were right there with quick turn fueling. Fuel prices were competitive, and with our CAA membership, a nice savings was available on fuel. We had a few hours here, and Jenny made sure to make a crew car available for a lunch run. Everyone at Meridian Hayward went the extra mile to be sure our needs were met...We will definitely return!
