Super clean and sharp looking FBO! Rented an airplane last spring for a very reasonable rate. The line guys are friendly and helpful along with the very nice lady behind the desk during the week! Seems to keep busy with corporate traffic too! Keep it up!

Very nice airport with new, clean facilities. Friendly line and desk staff.

Stopped for just one evening that turned out to be two days due to a storm front. The FBO has an extremely nice gentleman managing it - he went above and beyond the normal service of courtesy car etc, but he also tied down the plane after towing it to the spot, then untied and brought it up front (I was with the wife & 3 kids & bags) plus when we decided to wait out the storm, he kindly put it in the hangar and gave us the car again. He was kind to my little kid brought out the cookies and candy while we waited. Overall a very good experience despite the delays. THANK YOU!

Reasonable fuel prices and good service at the FBO. Didn't get to use the Cadillac crew car, but folks were helpful in the FBO. Good choice of hotels close by and a selection of chain restaurants within walking distance of the hotels. Good stop if you are heading west.

Our N900NE Turbo Commander stop here several times per year on business and always get 'best of' treatment, great fuel price and friendly treatment from all support staff.

Nice FBO...Clean, with a lot of amenities. Nice crew vehicle as well (Cadillac). Fuel still a little high, but still cheaper than DSM. I'd definitely visit again.

Nice airport and very nice FBO. One word of warning, and this can apply to any airport - they have, on occasion, not submitted NOTAMs for the airport being closed due to previously scheduled maintenance until after close of business the day prior to the airport being closed. Completely messed up a business trip for me. Weather is one thing, but for previously scheduled maintenance?? Yes, I'm bitter, but thought I would turn my bitterness into a learning experience for others.

This airport has a special history for me as I grew up farming part of the 36 runway before the airport existed. House I grew up in is 1/3 a mile off the end of the runway. Flew out with the family from Oregon in a C172 and needed an oil change. The guys got it in the same day and took care of business. Very reasonable fellows and a pleasure to have the use of their services. We'll be back! (A nice bonus was the first use of my new Instrument Rating climbing out of a shallow 900ft deck of low clouds...Poetically perfect).

What a change! Newly refinished facilities, new pilot's lounge & quiet room, new weather room, new attitude! We've been basing out of here for a week now on a mapping project and these guys have gone out of their way to make us feel at home and take care of us. We weren't flying today and the lineman called me at the hotel to warn of a hailstorm and wanted to know if we wanted the A/P put in a hangar. That's service above and beyond. We'll definitely be back.

Flew in today and the fuel truck immediately came out and promptly fueled the airplane. The attendant at the FBO ran the credit card while the 80 gallons was pumped. We boarded the passengers and left. Good service. There are numerous tall towers to the North of the airport and tall power line just south of Rwy 18. Tall trees on the approach end of Rwy 22.

Been to the FBO on three separate times in both a jet Ranger and a Cessna 172. I have never been marshaled in and always had to place a fuel order either at the counter or on Unicom, and then wait for quite a while to see a truck. Additionally, I always had to go inside to pay. It's cheaper than DSM, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Wow... I have not had this bad an experience at an FBO in a great while! I pulled off the runway and taxied in to find line was busy with one of two biz jets so he didn't have time for my little in significant Bonanza! I had to call the front desk with the engine running and ask where to park, as there were NO open parking spots. That was a waste of time; desk personnel couldn't (wouldn't) help me. I finally parked well offset from the end "T" and almost in the taxiway, which I pointed out to both line and the front desk. They didn't (wouldn't) move the plane once a spot opened up. Upon getting my rental car they didn't know where it was. Had to wonder around the parking lot and "FIND" it. All I know is that the wonderful "Customer Service" previous people have enjoyed got lost today. It is my experience that it is not good when there is only one FBO on the field. Nice airport though!

I love arriving and being flagged into my spot, and getting tended to right off. Matt helped me with my flight planning and destination checking to expedite my final leg...I'm not sure I could have done it without him. Great airport, long runways, and I like the lack of density altitude. Sometimes it's definitely worth paying more for fuel, and not having to drag the hose yourself...Especially at the end of a long flight.
