Excellent FBO with great location right next to customs. Tanner, a line crew team member, did a wonderful job of marshaling us in, showing us where to go for customs, offering help with bags etc. And fueling us etc. Sophia inside at the counter is terrific. She was so helpful with our first phone call from home as we preplanned. Then when we found it impossible to contact customs by phone for permission to fly to KIND, after filing out an Eapis, Sophia went out of her way to help us solve that problem. She explained to us that Million Air's philosophy is that they strive to make everyone's day better. Sophia truly lives this motto. She helped us find an alternate way to contact customs so that we could take off and fly to KIND. Sophia definitely made our day better. This FBO will always be our choice to come to when we fly into KIND.
