Flew in for a Cornell weekend event. Tammy and the crew were great. They brought the rental car out to the plane to load and cheerfully answered all my questions. I had to delay deciding on a fuel order due to uncertainty about my destination on departure 2 days later and she made sure it was fueled on time despite a last-minute change. Highly recommend it as a stop.

We had occasion to fly into KITH and planned to stay 2 days. Tammy the CSR was most helpful in arranging a reasonable hotel and car for us. Our plans changed due to WX and Tammy was on top of it to make the changes. Big personal thank you to her and the line crew that was most proficient and professional. Not flying a jet either just a C180.

Just called them about fees - PA-28, 12h stay, and no overnight, but departing after 7pm. After-hour fee for accessing your aircraft: $450
