Perfect fuel stop. Relatively cheap gas and quick in and out!

Came to Jerome for the price and courtesy car. Unusual arrangement: Idaho DOT vehicle on a self-serve/honor system rental of $5 (plus $5 for overnight) and $0.30/mile; with direct credit for any fuel added. Max use: 24 hours. Great system! Nice, clean car, too. Self-serve tie-downs with chains.

Stopped in here to re-fuel yesterday en-route from Oregon to Colorado. This little airport has all the right stuff as far as we were concerned. Clean, fuel available 24/7, a very friendly manager named Bonnie who lives on-site, a courtesy car available (the state charges a token fee for this). This is what airporting is all about!

Stopped for fuel en route to SUN from VNY. Very nice, small town typical airport. Not new or glitzy, but just perfect for the small piston guy. SS pump was easy to use and easy to drive up to. Manager gal was very friendly. Clean facilities. A prototype GA airport. Fuel cost is about $1.50 less than SUN.

Great FBO! Great Service! Went above and beyond to find a forklift to help us offload our freight.

Arrived in a Hawker. Parked next to the fuel pumps. No jet fuel truck. Started back up to move to overnight parking. No tug. The husband and wife team who manage the place were very nice and helpful. We left at O-dark-thirty and they came out and supplied brooms to get the frost off the wings. "Crew" car for overnight was only $14. No deicing available. USE CAUTION landing to the west. There is a BIG antenna farm right about where you would turn base to final landing on 26. It is just north of the center line.
