Another FBO that still acts like it wants to be in the business of actually taking care of their customers. We flew in for Derby weekend racing a storm out of our departure airport. When we got to KLOU, we were stuck and couldn't make the return run home. Eric and his crew MOVED HEAVEN AND EARTH to get our KA350 in the hangar. Not an easy task considering the already full hangar, and our 60ft wingspan. Eric restacked the entire hangar to get our aircraft put away before the storms. Kudos to an incredibly professional line crew. I'd like to see more line crews work together like this one! Thanks Eric!! When in Louisville, you will be our ONLY choice.

I landed at Bowman late night on February 8th to attend a weekend aviation conference. Service at Executive was tops. Personnel were very helpful and friendly. This is one of those places you want to visit again.

Just needed to add another comment. In the mail today I get a thank you note for my business. That's a first and hopefully other FBO's do the same. It made me want to fly back again today!

We flew in July 14, 2007 and departed the 15th. They had hangar space. The lineman was great as well as the young gal at the counter! Great experience! Definitely would recommend!

We parked a week at Central Airways. They have fixed the loose gravel and broken concrete around the self-serve pump, but the airport still seems to be in a constant construction mode. Taxing at night could be dangerous with lots of taxiways blocked.

Great customer service outside and behind the front counter. I landed around 2:30pm and while filling out paper work for my rental car, the linesman asked if he could move my airplane to a tie down spot since thunderstorms were in the forecast for that night. I though it was very nice to ask. Fuel is at a good price and walking into the hangar connected to the FBO there were probably 15 Cirrus aircraft parked inside. I'm guessing they are a Cirrus service center. Enjoyed my visit and will come here the next time I come to Louisville.

Great alternative stop to SDF; nice staff. Strange "return it as you found it" fuel policy with the Enterprise rentals, but they seem to keep several on hand so there's no wait to get one.

I visited Louisville for Thanksgiving this year, and left my Cessna 182 with Executive Aviation over the weekend. They took excellent care of me, even staying a bit after closing to help me with the rental car. Great people, highly recommended.

We recently started parking here instead of Atlantic at SDF. This facility could not be more accommodating. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Our first visit to LEA this weekend was outstanding. A professional staff displaying the utmost customer care and desire to have us return to LEA again performed every task. This was in the mist of one of the busiest weekends for the area--the running of the Breeders Cup. We'll definitely be back.

My aircraft is a permanent resident (tie-down) of Louisville Exec. I just want to say that I feel very pleased with the staff and the facility. Everyone that works for Lou Exec. has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my aircraft and I are treated with respect. Thank you!

The guys at Louisville Exec were very helpful. I arrived about 7:20pm. The line service guy called Enterprise to get another car for a car rental that was going to arrive later that evening so that he could give me a car they had on hand to take to dinner. Bought gas at $4.65/gallon. They have a Self Service rate that is like half a dollar cheaper, but I wasn't interested in doing it myself. They close at 9pm, and the line service guy said he'd stick around a little after 9 if dinner ran long. They were much more helpful than the folks across the airport, and going to Bowman was much less hassle than going to Standiford. I'll come back anytime I'm in Louisville.

Loved this place. Helpful staff. Even gave me a print-out of all local locations of Graeter's Ice Cream, which is crucial if you know anything about Graeter's. Tied down the plane for practically nothing. I'll be back.

Although this constitutes a second comment regarding the same experience, it is worth noting the resolution of my problem. Although it took a couple of days to get resolved, the local Enterprise office is removing the charge of $593 and replacing it with the correct one-day charge of $52.

The car-rental setup with Enterprise needs work. I called ahead to reserve a car, but there wasn't one ready for me when I arrived in the early evening on Sunday. The guy working at the FBO managed to dig one up. It wasn't clean and the tank was half full, and he couldn't tell me what the rate would be. I took it anyway and stated I would keep it for six days if the rate was acceptable. The next day I called back to check the rate, and was so surprised by how high it was that I decided to return the car after 1 day. This one-day rental of a compact just showed up on my credit card statement as a $530 charge! I hope to get it corrected, but the FBO can't help me, the local Louisville Enterprise office is closed and won't be open until Monday. The Enterprise 800 number puts me on terminal hold for customer service. This was an avoidable hassle, if the FBO had at least recorded when I had actually returned the car. Instead, the young woman just took the key and said "okay".

This is a great FBO. Missed Lauren, but Angie was friendly and helpful. They even had a detail service in and offered to clean the plane. Wish I would have know that before I cleaned it on Sunday, I will call ahead next time. Great job and thank you for the service.

I checked AirNav on Saturday afternoon October 29th about FBOs at Louisville Bowman Field. I selected Louisville Executive Aviation and gave them a phone call ahead with my service requests. When I arrived, the legendary Lauren Collins was working. Everything was taken care of and everything materialized as planned. A few hours later, mission accomplished, I was back in the air and very pleased with the service. I will be back in a month and will certainly return to Louisville Executive Aviation. Good job.

Decided to stop @ Lou Exec Av two weeks ago based on other comments. Sorry I missed Lauren, but everyone else took good care of me. Car was handled as promised & on the ramp. And that's all I'm asking for, I don't need the red carpet. Just do what you say you'll do, & Lou Exec took good care of me & my BE35. Easy in & out.

Have visited here twice in the past two weeks, and will be back a few more times as I am taking my commercial rating from one of the schools on the field now (I live in Tennessee). First trip in was on business, and was treated better than I could have asked for, Lauren took good care of me and my plane and handled the rental car reservations (guys, you have to meet Lauren!). I even got a thank you card in the mail a few days later. Way to go! See you next time.
