Great refueling stop. Young man who is a local CFI came out to help us refuel and talk airplanes (he had a 172 on the ramp with a student about to go fly it). He volunteered to clean our cowlings and windshields for us using a polish that is supposed to dissolve the bugs and make it super easy to clean - it looked like it worked too! Great bunch of folks - would have liked to have stayed and chatted longer than we did but we had more miles to put behind us that day.

Hetrick Air Services is fantastic. I've been getting my maintenance done here for years and they are always very, very responsive, high quality, and will do everything they can to take care of your issue and keep you flying. They have several courtesy cars available and Lawrence is a great place to make the short run into town and grab a meal.

Great experience once again. Needed to run a pax into town. They had a vehicle. Fueling was fast and everyone was great to work with.

I rented a car, and then cancelled when our plans changed. Hetrick was great on both calls. Then, when we landed, we asked for a hangar, with no prior warning, as our plans had changed again, and they handled it, no problem. For us, Hetrick at KLWC was great.
