Eagle East Aviation is a great FBO. I arranged to come in on Sunday to visit colleges in the area with my daughter. Made arrangements to have a car available even though Enterprise is closed on Sunday's. Somehow Andrew convinced them not to charge me for Saturday, so it was just one day's rental. Staff is friendly and courteous. Eagle East is the BEST!

Once again, Eagle East Aviation is the best. Impromptu meeting at my son's college called for a last minute flight to Lawrence. I called EARLY morning to find a person who answered the phone! I told him my plight and without another word, I had a car waiting for me when I landed. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I'd give them my first-born but he's in college and quite expensive these days. Thanks again...!! Tina

Eagle East is a great place to earn your private or instrument ticket. Get ahold of Gary or Sean. Both great guys and you'll learn a lot from them. Brian is great in the maintenance dept, knowledgeable and a fun guy to talk to. Every one of the staff is fantastic. An all around great experience and Tim will go out of his way for you.

Wonderful FBO. Friendly, helpful and courteous. Couldn't ask for more. Made dropping my freshman son off to college a little less sad. Thank you Eagle East!

Stopped at Eagle East on my last visit to Lawrence. Rental car for passengers was planeside upon arrival. Staff stayed late for both our arrival and departure. Great service and with cheap jet fuel! Thanks to all the guys. Thanks Tim!

Flew in unannounced en route to job interview. Despite early arrival, service was terrific. They even loaned me a crew car to get to my interview on time. Fuel prices on par with local area. Aircraft was serviced and ready to go upon my return. Excellent crew!

Great service, and very easy to work with. When we arrived in our King Air, Tim had a courtesy truck waiting for us, hotel accommodations completed, plus had a line guy come out after hours for our arrival. Would do business with again!

Had a great experience at Eagle East. We had to change plans due to weather, and decided to fly the night before our scheduled arrival. I called the FBO, and was transferred to the owner's cell phone. He volunteered to come back out to the airport from home, and move the rental car onto the ramp leaving the keys so we could use it that night. That is what I call service.

Flew into LWM on 3/24 with a Beechjet full of passengers for a wedding. With the short runways and small FBO, we were a little doubtful, but that was unfounded. Tim and his boys took great care of us. Rental cars met us at the plane, and they even had a place for the ladies to change (we were running late, big surprise). Offered one of the crew cars to use all weekend. It was about the same distance from LWM as it would have been from BOS, but much cheaper and easier. The employees there really do care about you. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Picked up 3/8" of ice doing a practice ILS into LWM (there was no airmet for icing and there had been no PIREPs). This is a very very bad thing for a Cirrus SR20. It was just around closing time, but we called Eagle East on the radio. They cleared out some room for us in their heated maintenance hangar. The guys banded together to drag the Cirrus in over the icy ramp. They turned on the big heater to melt the ice off the wings. No charge for the effort at the end of a long day for their maintenance crew.
