Nice airport. Facility at Modern Aviation looks super nice as the name suggests. Staff very helpful and friendly. I don't like the $25 fee for daytime parking (additional fees mandated by the City I believe for 6+ hr parking) just for my little Cessna. May be alright for a commercial flight. They waived the fees with 10G 100LL purchase. Fuel was expensive too. Crew car was limited to 1hr. Hence could not use it. More importantly could not find any of this information on their website when I researched later. I feel GA being cost sensitive should get free parking. Just my 2c.

Landed to pick up a PAX and was told that I had to pay a $45 facility fee. I refused to pay and I picked up my PAX at Mather Aviation at no charge. With 100LL at $8.39 per gallon, I won't be returning.
