I had a pleasant experience at Signature Miami during my recent overnight stay with the Bonanza. Gas is expensive, even by Class B standards, but landing ($25) and parking ($27) fees were reasonable. Handling was waived with fuel purchase. The staff was friendly and helpful.
From Sheena Matulka on 24-Sep-2018

We realize local locations have their own fees but when you are charged 2 facility fees for leaving their ramp for 20 min along with 3 overnights for a total of over $1, 200 in fees it makes it very hard to want to use them again. We will not advise for our clients to return to this location.

Yes it is a little expensive, but they where very friendly and helpful. I would go back
From Gregory Schwartzkopf on 26-Nov-2017

Called for quote to land my Piper Seneca (light twin, six seats) and stay for 3 hours. $25 landing fee, $25 security fee, 60$ handling fee and 15 gallons minimum fuel purchase ($8.24/gal).
From Kevin Rosato on 11-Feb-2017

They had my plane blocked in despite giving them my departure time when I arrived, and calling again in the morning to confirm the time and order fuel. Overnight parking was $30/night for my single engine Cessna. Landing fee $25, handling $50, but waived with the purchase of 7 gallons of ridiculously expensive 100LL.
From Thomas Daniel on 04-Jun-2016

Landing fee $25, security fee $5, $10/night parking (for a Cirrus), facility fee waved with fuel purchase. For a class B airport, these are very reasonable. In fact, overnight parking is less expensive at KMIA then at KOPF ($25) or KTMB ($20). Gas is expensive, but not more then at KOPF. For a class B, very simple airport. Much more convenient transportation then the other two.
