Have been in a few times over last few months and always very pleased. Needed to check a spark plug and line crew pulled me into the hangar for some shelter. Nice vans available as crew cars. Always friendly service. Unrelated to Muncie Aviation, but sad to report that Merk's Diner has permanently closed.

First of all line guy was persistent about parking me with a 15kt tail wind. When I stepped out of plane I gave fuel order and told him to get a tug to turn me around. After fueling crew and passengers boarded plane, no tug to be seen. I called them on the phone and ask where the tug was. They said on its way. It wasn't. We could see it sitting by the hangar. All the time crew and passengers sweating. We finally started engine on leeward side and used it to point into the wind. Not only are they incompetent but horrible with its customer service. This is the very first time I've sent a review to AirNav
