Although Signature is the only FBO on the field they offer fairly reasonable prices and great service. The facility itself is very clean and new, as most Signature FBOs are. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating, even to a light SE piston.

Yep, you pay fees. But what a friendly Class B airport otherwise. And Signature was the same excellent service that you come to expect. The rental car wasn't there, and despite the fact it was Avis' fault, not the FBO, they fell over themselves apologizing and fixing the issue. Definitely recommended.

Sure, the fees are expensive, but it is a Signature, and it is a Class B airport. Some of the best line staff I've encountered.

User Fees are alive and happening now. Saturday evening Oct 4th 2008, I landed at KMSP Minneapolis/St Paul. I pulled up to the Signature Flight Support ramp in my piston twin, C340. I dropped off my passenger after I had told her that she should expect to pay about a $25.00 ramp fee as she passed through the FBO. I then departed without shutting down. Later that evening to my embarrassment I found she had been charged $125.00!!!!! I then called Signature and complained. I was told this was made up of a combination of Ramp and Landing fee. It was also explained to me that all FBO's charge these kind of fees!!!! This is amazing! Fees like this should be listed as a hazard on the AWOS! Please print this for others to read and if you are a GA pilot do not land here!!!!

Heads up for new landing fee at MSP. The Metropolitan Airport Commission has handed down a minimum $53.00 per landing fee, regardless of the size of the aircraft. The Citations, Hawkers, and Gulfstreams are seeing a dollar or two increase at most. Those of us who fly single and twin-engine birds are looking at a $43.00 increase. This is scheduled to go into effect on September 1st, 2007. A new Welcome to Minneapolis International. It's going to be more expensive to visit one of the best FBO's in the country. No fault of theirs.
