Best of best as far as I'm concerned. Twice I've been stranded up in MYl for mechanical reasons. First time they got the parts together and dropped me back off at my cabin. Second time, I had to leave my plane up there for a few weeks. They took good care of it. Thumbs up all the way.

McCall Air truly GA friendly this morning I had a weak battery and need ground power to start, they had the cart at my plane quickly and got me on my way. I'm a regular at McCall because of the great service. Tor one of their regular line guys is the best I have come across. Keep up the great work. I look forward to the next time I get to stop through again. We have to support great FBO like this if we want more like them. Thanks McCall Air!

Out of the 12 comments left, 11 reflect the superior service and friendliness of the staff. Kim the FBO Manager took great care of us. Kim arranged for Thanksgiving at an outstanding Resort, which turned out to be our option for food on the holiday. Rod to DOA was there for our arrival and departure to assist with removal from the hangar and any other needs we may have. Yes Fuel is higher than LARGE Volume Airports. However the fair pricing to hangar the Hawker, combined with the super friendly staff was surprising. Call ahead to check weather for the valley holds moisture not seen on radar. During a recent overnight stop in Mc Call ID, we were treated to an extraordinary level of service and professionalism. From the first phone call to obtain assistance with airplane, crew, and passenger arrangements, to the goodbye wave after marshalling us out, Kim Henley went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. We see Mc Call Air planes all over the region, and their reputation is well known and outstanding. It is no surprise that this same high standard of quality service is delivered at their FBO, and Kim and her team are clearly carrying on that tradition. This corporate crew gives Mc Call Aviation and Kim Henley an "A+". We'll be looking forward to our next visit.

Electric power was out when we stopped for gas so the self-serve pump was out of order. Without our having to ask, the manager offered fuel from the truck at self serve prices. It's a great place and I'll be back.

Flew in, as a refueling stop on our way to Oregon and the experience was perfect. Curt was ready for us on the line and promptly topped us off and cleaned the canopy. Kim (the manager) took excellent care of us in the lobby and was able to depart their company in excellent time. A beautiful airport with a first class FBO!

Very helpful staff, arranged for an after-hours rental car on very short notice with minimum hassle. Self-service 100LL price didn't seem out of line to me, especially considering the price of car gas in town (easily 30 cents higher than in "the big city"). 8 miles to Brundage ski area, where the snow is deep and the lines are short, what more could you want?

I have been so impressed with the McCall Aviation team during my visit this week. Jim Henley's FBO is one of the best! We reserved a rental car and on our arrival, realized we needed it several days longer than planned. Kim cheerfully shuffled the car scheduling around so we could keep the car all week. We were in town for a reunion and I was out at the airport every morning, giving rides to my family. After the first day, we were greeted by name, everyone we came in contact with was extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. The ladies upstairs in charter/dispatch helped us out with an extra headset. On our last day there we had a mechanical problem and despite being exceptionally busy with their charter operations airplanes, Roger managed to squeeze us in and repair our airplane by the next day. Thank you, McCall Aviation, for outstanding service.

McCall Aviation is one of the reasons that I fly here friendly, helpful and upbeat. Fuel prices are high but where isn't now. Thanks for the help McCall Aviation
