Excellent service but the landing fees WOW...$49 for a 182? Really? Told it couldn't be waived. Seems a bit excessive to say the least.
From Mike Busch on 18-Mar-2018

Signature is still a five-star operation, but the new landing fee (over which Signature has no control) is a bit of a shock.
From Wes Banks on 29-Oct-2017

Landed in my Cirrus to drop off a family friend for a flight back to Ohio and the great people at Signature were ever so helpful even though we didn't arrive in a jet! They treated us like we did, yes fuel might be a little higher but they gave us AOPA discount and were a pleasure to meet. Thanks gals and we will be back.
From Izzy Gryko on 23-May-2017

Nice facility. Very reasonable parking at $11/overnight for a Bonanza. There is a $1 discount per gallon of 100LL fuel to AOPA members. Handling fee reduced to a $5 "security fee" if you buy 7 gallons or more of fuel. Only reason for 4 stars is because there wasn't anyone to marshal me in late at night, and I had to move the aircraft later because I parked where I wasn't supposed to.
From Mike Busch on 28-Dec-2016

I've been in here twice in the last 30 days and my Cessna 310. The facility is beautiful, the service was good, the fees and avgas price high. Before I came the first time, I called both Signature and Kaiser to ask about their fees, and Kaiser quoted me a number five times higher than what signature quoted, which pretty much sealed the deal.
From Bruce Bauer on 23-Nov-2016

I gave one star because 0 is not an option. I waited almost an hour for avgas fuel and never saw a hint of a lineman ready to service my plane. Eventually left without getting fueled. They had plenty of help, but only paid attention to the jets. You'd think at $7.75/gal they'd be happy to gouge you. STAY AWAY if you don't burn Jet-A.
From Jay Griffith on 29-Oct-2016

Routinely receive abysmal service here. We arrived for an overnight, stated that we would be back the next day and will need coffee, ice, papers, GPU, catering, and fuel. Yesterday we got back to the airport and told the desk we were ready for all of our services. 45 minutes later, we had yet to receive anything. Meanwhile, while we waited, I saw 3 aircraft started up and ready to taxi, but waiting to be disconnected from GPUs and chocks. I glanced around the ramp and saw 1 fuel truck fueling, and no other line service personnel. And to be clear, this wasn't just a 1-time problem. These service delays are routine here. I've never been down to Kaiser, but rumor is they are much better.

Response from Norman Ramirez, General Manager, Signature Flight Support
Mr. Jay Griffith, we appreciate you taking the time to advise us of our service irregularity you experienced here in OAK during your recent visit. We always strive to exceed the customer's expectation but fell short during your last visit. We will be sure to share this experience with our leadership team to make sure your next visit will be the Signature experience you are accustomed to.
