The folks were professional and very friendly staff! We got fuel and oil changes. When out their way to do oil changes at off times and got oil for us to take with us for our travel. They opened early for us. When we stopped back again a couple weeks later, they even remembered us! Absolute full service FBO that goes out of they way to ensure they meet all of your needs. Highly recommend them!!

Flew in for Xmas as a major winter storm was beginning. Landed in snow with runways and taxiways plowed somewhat. Glacier found me a hangar for the week (a huge benefit!). They met me on the ramp with snow falling heavily and got me on my way in no time. Made sure I was aware of a minor gear issue upon towing. Got me access to the hangar during the storm week to check the gear issue, etc. Got me out of the (snowed in!) hangar, got the airport mgmt to plow to the hangar so they could get me out on time. Spent time on a wet/cold/icy ramp getting me ready to depart on time when desired. I can't say enough about how great a job these guys did - major storm, much of the city/state were shut down, but these guys were there every time I called and managed to make my trip to grandma's for Xmas run on time. Major kudos to all, particularly Gary & Dave for spending time outside in stormy conditions. Thanks a whole bunch guys!

The prices posted on AirNav are inaccurate by $0.37/gallon. We fueled with Glacier on 8/4/08 and were charged a total of $6.12 per gallon, not $5.75. The service was friendly, and their facility is clean and welcoming. The fuel price surprise, however, was not appreciated.

Got weathered in at Olympia. Too much ice and convective activty to continue a trip south. I chose Glacier because their line guy was the only one who came out in the pouring rain to park us. They loaned us a crew car to get some lunch, and then called a decent local hotel when we decided to pack it in for the day. Everything they did was seamless - it just worked. Nice people too!

Have been here a number of times in a Citation and just last week in a light plane. The service has been friendly and excellent every time.
