Piston operators beware - I was charged a $188.00 per night for parking a Cirrus SR22, plus a $68.00 security fee and $8.80 per gallon for Avgas. So my grand total for a two-night stay (tied down in a piston single) and 30 gallons of fuel was a whopping $724. I checked with the other major FBOs on the field (after I received my invoice) and was quoted $17-$68 per night for parking with similar fuel prices. While the facility is nice and new, it's hardly worth paying up to 10x as much to walk through. Customer service was good, but I pay less than that per month for tie-downs at my home airport in Tampa. My three-star rating is because service and facilities were good, but rates are absolutely outrageous and out of line with any other FBO I have visited in my 24 years of flying.
