Stopped in on Friday in a Bonanza. KOSH was practically dead, but this FBO was pretty busy. We still got a ride over to Red Robin for lunch, and over to Pick-N-Save. Abbey (sp?) was great, waiting in the parking lot as we got our groceries. Service was very friendly and very prompt. We got our fuel almost as soon as we asked for it, and we had no problems. Having seen them during Airventure, this place is great when they are REAL busy and when they aren't. I'll be back! Abbey deserves a raise, she was just great. She talked to us like human beings, answered our questions, very good lady - good luck with the rest of college!

Be aware that the people working near the self-serve pumps are often NOT Basler employees. Ground staff from some other company had two twins blocking access to the pumps, and they were very uncooperative about moving their airplanes so I could get fuel.

Basler bent over backwards to give us service, even during a very busy time at OSH. Service was excellent. Thank you for all you do! I look forward to visiting again just for this kind of service.

An excellent experience! Stopped in mid-week for a refuel in my C172. Line crew was out to guide me in and started refueling in less than five minutes. FBO facilities are clean, modern, and a friendly staff made things easy. Extra coffee was put on when I asked if I might fill my thermos. The folks here understand customer service and wanted to know if there was anything else that I needed. With great fuel prices and excellent customer service, this FBO is highly recommended. They also carry a full line of charts and approach plates in case you need anything. Thanx Basler!

I was flying up to visit local pilot friends at OSH. They all said go to Basler. What great advice! Basler was very accommodating, found me a terrific hotel at a FBO discounted price, drove me to get a burger too! I wish I could have bought more fuel from them as it was a very fair price.

Was in town for 2 nights and Basler was very accommodating and helpful. Needed my plane plugged for heat and it was all handled well. Nice office staff and efficient line crew. I usually park at the Hilton (too cold this trip) and call Basler Flight for fuel and that always works too.

Went to Basler from the rep on here and they were pretty good. Got a ride to the Super 8 down the street no problem and also had great service from their line guy who helped me get started on a really cold morning. Will visit again!

I flew into Oshkosh on October 6th and I researched a little before the flight on Basler and I heard good things, when I arrived I was happy to see that what I had read was correct. I had called them from the plane while I was in the air about needing a ride to the EAA and when I arrived, it was there waiting for me. GREAT SERVICE!!!
