I stopped at KOTH three times in the last 2 months. Every single time the line service of Coos Aviation directed me to parking and refueled my plane very quickly while I spent some time at their great facility. They treated me very well and I flew a Grumman single. I had no experience with the other FBO - never seen anyone coming out to greet me on the ramp. All I have to say is with the service I receive from Coos Aviation; I have no reason to switch.

Nice people, stopped in a Mooney, treated like a Gulfstream. Good stop, really trying hard, just be sure to beat the AmerFlight crews to the cookies.

Excellent FBO! When I was taxiing in, line was already out on the ramp marshalling me in. Fuel order was completed by the time I had unloaded the airplane (with friendly assistance from line) and my rental car was all ready and waiting for me in the office (thanks, Mary!). Aircraft was hangared overnight free of charge and line once again helped me pull it out and load bags on departure. It couldn't have been a better experience and I heartily recommend Coos Aviation.

Coos Aviation was GREAT. I landed and they immediately topped me off and hangared my plane for two nights (NC). I visited 14 states on this trip and found no better FBO anywhere. They provided me a shower, supplies and plane protection all because I chose them and bought some fuel! Perhaps the finest FBO I've ever used. I wish they all were this good.

Stopped at Coos Aviation twice on a trip from Seattle down the west coast with two Skyhawks. First time was only for fuel, on the way back we stayed overnight. Both times handling was very professional and courteous, our rental car (Enterprise), which we had arranged for through Coos, was ready to go upon our arrival and all facilities and amenities were top-notch (briefing room, lounge, free coffee and cookies...). Definitely a recommendation!

Helpful, friendly, nice facility (high speed internet was so convenient). Great, great service. We take a lot of weekend trips in our little Mooney and we see a lot of FBOs - so we have a pretty good basis for comparison. Did I mention great service? Thanks so much.

Myself and two traveling companions landed in North Bend on Sunday, June 25 to refuel on our way back to Oakland. What a pleasant surprise to be greeted by Cory S. At your FBO - she was kind, funny, helpful and generous and really made us feel welcome during our short stay!! Thank you, Cory for all your exemplary customer service!! We all belong to flying clubs (and know many others who do as well) and will be spreading the word about making a stop in North Bend to Coos Aviation to all of our colleagues on their way up the West Coast. Cheers!!

"I wanted to thank you for the excellent service when we landed at North Bend for a few days of golf. The rental car was ready and brought to the planeside, there was help loading, gas was added immediately, and the same was true as we returned for departure. Everyone was cordial and friendly. This was the first trip for my passengers in the general aviation system and they remarked many times on all the points I made above. Thanks for the excellent service."

WOW!! Fantastic service! My wife flew arrived in our RV6A. They parked the plane for her, brought it back out to the ramp when she was ready to leave. Quick, polite and cheerful service. We've been flying into North Bend and using Coos Aviation for several years. They have always been a friendly bunch, but with the growth of the Bandon Dunes traffic, they have upgraded to a top-notch facility with excellent service -- WITHOUT losing the friendly touch. Thanks :-)

These folks were great -- I arrived about 10 minutes after closing time (8 p.m.) on an unscheduled fuel stop, but they'd heard me on Unicom and waited. They had a taxi director waiting and fueled me and gave me the courtesy car with instructions about where to leave the keys if they were gone by the time we returned from dinner. They fueled me while we were eating and we were set and ready to go when we returned.

I flew into North Bend last year before Ocean Air was open, I am sorry to report it was a very unpleasant experince. We were completely ignored and I would think a Gulfstream is hard to miss! And the people there were quite rude. Now with Ocean Air and our lovely first class experence there, I don't think my pilots will be returning to Coos Aviation!

While visiting friends in Cottage Grove (61S) nice little airport. We went to the coast for lunch (OTH). Coos Aviation was a great experience. They met us on the ramp, parked us closer than the Falcon, provided a courtesy car and advice on local restaurants. No fee or gas purchase required! I bought 10 gallons because I was so pleased with the service - even though I didn't need it. Thanks Coos for making our afternoon trip to the coast a delight.
