My experience may be colored by the fact that I've known and liked the folks at Epps for 50+ years. They've done pre-buys, engine changes, annuals and avionics work for me for 40 years. Don't know how good that stuff is now. Seems like they are trying to completely erase the history of Epps, which is sad. Last trip (first one since the name change) counter people were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. New decor is about as welcoming as an abortion clinic. Looking at the hangar, looks like they've lost several of their longtime customers. Line guys were friendly, but didn't communicate well with the front desk. All the folks I pick up there know where it is, so for their sake I'll probably keep going there, but I don't have to like it!
