Had occasion to visit PIE to be with family in the area. The wonderful folks at Sheltair could NOT have been more accommodating, welcoming and professional with the care of my aircraft and family's needs. No question, we'll utilize these folks again when in KPIE!

Very helpful team at Sheltair KPIE. Had a 1-night trip to Clearwater and Anthony saw to it that a rental car was arranged and waiting when we arrived. Titan and the line crew were extremely helpful as was Olivia at the desk on the day of our departure. Facility is being remodeled, but everything was neat and clean and this airport is 15 minutes from everything in Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater. Highly recommend Sheltair KPIE.

Arrived this past January for a 5-week stay and everything worked out perfect. Very friendly staff and good weekly rate. Had our PA32 fueled and ready for a trip to Key West during our stay. We'll be returning this winter.

I flew into KPIE for business at the airport. On the tarmac I was told that they would need to move my aircraft to a different location after fueling. That was no problem. I gathered the items I needed (a handful), met my party and completed my work. So far, so good. When I got ready to leave, I asked for my aircraft to be pulled up as I had a handful of items. There was NO ONE on the ramp at the time. For whatever reason, the line crew was unable or unwilling to do this. They would give me a ride to my aircraft but I need to make several trips - which is why I wanted it pulled closer to the front! I refused the offer of the ride. Less hassle and multiple trips to be made. My issue is that the service could have been a little more helpful. A full ramp would have been one thing but that was not the case here and it did not fill up before I left.
