After checking AirNav, I noticed all this great comments about Innisfree Jet Center...So I gave Carl a call and booked one of their hotels...And the rest is history...It is everything everyone expressed...5 STAR rating and best future FBO in the country..

Exotic cars for crew cars! Better than first class. Book a beach hotel with them and the best of the best in general aviation terminals is free.

Sit back, relax and rest assured that Innisfree Jet Center can take care of it all! We made the trip to PNS in our light twin. Ever since my first email inquiry, Carl and Raina have been true professionals with fine attention to detail and exceptional customer service. On the day of our arrival they were waiting to welcome us outside and provided fine red carpet treatment. Our rental car was moved alongside our a/c before we could even get our bags out and the facility is simply gorgeous with all the amenities. We needed to adjust our travel plans and Carl was ready and waiting to assist. He even coordinated for us with our follow-on FBO as we prepared to depart PNS. Thank you Innisfree for doing your part in making our stay in Pensacola a wonderful one. I wish there were more like you! We'll be back.

What a great private facility! Carl and Raina could not have been more helpful with rental car and directions when we stopped overnight with our single engine. This is one of the best FBO's we've been to. Hopefully this facility will open to the public soon!

Looking for first class treatment, then choose Innisfree Jet Center in Pensacola. Car rental, hotel reservations and aircraft care are outstanding. It was nice to have people concerned for your equipment and personal needs.

Innisfree Jet Center is a pilot's country club. The facility is platinum level and the staff is too. Raina made are car rental reservations, Carl tracked us in on FlightAware and was there to meet us in the evening though we were 2 hours late. My wife and daughter were very impressed with the service, facilities and people. On the day of departure, they took extra care to make certain local storms with hail did not impact our Bonanza by pulling it back into the hangar before I even could ask. This is "The Winning Team" of administration and facilities. If you ever wanted to experience the ultimate in FBO service Innisfree Jet Center is the place to visit.

Absolutely the BEST service, care and facility. Wonderful treatment to both our plane and us. I highly recommend this FBO to everyone staying at the hotels on the beach.

Innisfree Jet Center provides positively the "best" customer service I have ever experienced at an FBO. We flew our King Air 90 in for the weekend and used the conference room all day. Raina met us with the red carpet and had our rental car loaded with our luggage. Our lunch was catered in and delivered to us. When our meeting ran into the evening, she stayed and made sure the hotel kept our reservations valid. She even recommended the best places for dinner and entertainment. Upon leaving, Carl had our aircraft pulled out and ready to go. He tracked us through some thunderstorms on the way home and sent a nice follow up email to welcome us home and thank us for choosing Innisfree. As an FBO owner myself, I can appreciate the places that go "the extra mile" to satisfy the customer. I will use Innisfree as an example at my own facility on how customer service can make the difference. -Erick-

I have to admit that when I read the comments here I thought it had to be a marketing effort, but let me tell you that all the comments here are true. I can't say enough good things about the facility, the people and the service they provided. I, like some of the other visitors was here on business, but will definitely be returning.

Unbelievably beautiful facility, worth an overnight stay at one of the hotels just to see this place and experience the service. Greeted by Carl, Raina, and hotel owner Julian, Made my wife (an uneasy flier) with our 4-month daughter very much at ease after a long bumpy flight. I have never seen service or facilities like this in my travels. We arrived 30 minutes late because of weather and were greeted with smiles and our rental car planeside. You would of thought I was pulling in with a Gulfstream or visiting the Ritz Carlton while in town but low and behold, just a single engine Cirrus with a family staying at an incredible Hilton. This FBO/luxury clubhouse is used to welcome guests of Julian's hotels on PNS beaches. I was in town on business but will definitely consider Pensacola for my next vacation just to visit the facility again and rest easy knowing my plane was hangared and taken care of for the stay. Overall A++, can't wait to visit again.

Innisfree Jet Center is unbelievable. Carl & Raina made us feel like we were visiting their home. The facilities there are over the top. You could live there. We flew our Cessna 172 there, they hangared it, made auto rental arrangements and treated us better than family. This is all courtesy service if you are staying at one of their beach hotels--all great properties. There is no reason to stay anywhere else. Call them and they'll make the arrangements....You won't regret it.

Excellent facility and accommodations. The modern hangar and facilities and quality service provided by Carl and Raina has no equal. We lodged at the Hilton Beach Gulf Front hotel in Pensacola (great hotel on the beach). This, by luck, allowed us to cross paths with Carl and Raina and use the Innisfree facilities. My wife and kids (frequent flyers in my Mooney) agree this is the best facility we have encountered. You cannot go wrong staying at one of the affiliated hotels and using this facility. I will use it again on our next trip.

You cannot beat this FBO. By far the nicest place and people I have ever experienced. I will plan many more trips in the future back to KPNS and will always stop here. Carl and Raina will make your trip extra special and cater to everything you may need, regardless of what you fly!

We had an incredibly positive experience at Innisfree Jet Center this past week. To use them, you need to book one of their local hotels, which are easy, as they own a range of properties, including the Hilton. Carl, the GM, met us and took care of everything, calling for fuel from the local source, verifying our hotel reservation, coordinating our car with Hertz. The facility is beautiful, maybe the nicest we've ever used (and we travel a lot). I highly recommend this place; it is a spotless and modern facility, well run, and deserving of our hard-earned GA dollars.

Innisfree is a fabulous modern and spectacular facility. Carl Braddock (General Manager) and Raina Melville (Concierge Manager) are absolutely outstanding. We stopped in for a long weekend in our new Eclipse and Carl was very helpful in getting us parked in the hangar quickly to get in before a rain storm. Also on leaving, Carl met us on Sunday and helped with loading and fueling. Raina had a very nice Enterprise rental car waiting for us. My wife said it was the by far the nicest and cleanest FBO facility she has ever been to--and that is saying a lot. I highly recommend Innesfree if you are going to PNS. You will not be disappointed. Also if you are an Eclipse owner, then you will get special treatment as the founder of Innisfree Hotels, Julian MacQueen is also an Eclipse owner. He also has a fully restored 1943 Grumman seaplane in the hangar that is a beautiful sight to see in itself.

InnisFree Jet Center is without a doubt the best facility that I have ever visited. It is truly a pilot's dream...From the exquisitely decorated lobby, to the pilots' lounge, pre-flight briefing room, and the spacious hangar. One can watch air traffic while sitting on the second floor balcony, or while practicing on the putting green. Carl and Raina provide outstanding service in a warm and friendly manner. They really make you feel at home. The only problem is that once you get there, you may never want to leave. InnisFree Jet Center is a "must see" for anyone who loves airplanes and the luxuries that go with them.

This is truly a PILOT GETAWAY! The service by Carl and Raina is 1st class. An aviation enthusiast dream come true. If you love luxury and personal service this is the place to be. My wife HATES flying but said she would fly to Pensacola just to have this experience again! World class facility. This is one is not to be missed!!!
