A great FBO! My rental car was ready as promised. My plane was taken care of professionally. Everyone there was great to deal with. I will be back!

I was just there and treated like a special guest. I would highly recommend this FBO. I plan returning this week and would not think of going elsewhere.

Visited again to clear customs and gas up on the way south. As always excellent service by friendly, efficient line and front counter people. Only negative is HIGH gas price.

Port City Air was great. Flew in from KBED for dinner, called ahead and was given a courtesy car. Tried the Redhook Brewery (great barbecue) but they stop serving dinner at 6PM on Sundays, so we went to Paddy's American Grill, right around the corner. Awesome place, with flat screen TV’s everywhere and pool tables. I'll definitely be going back to PCA and Paddy’s.

Went to a helicopter fly-in there on May 5th, 2007. Was very impressed by the level of service and how the staff really went out of their way to make sure everyone had a good time. Terrific service, friendly staff.

Arrived in a 172. Line crew directed us to park and took our fuel order. Staff was friendly and facilities were very modern, clean, and warm (particularly important on this cold day!). Topped off the tanks and were not charged any fees. Recommended stop.

Over the last two years, I have flown dozens of Cape Air's twin Cessna’s through Port City Air on the way to Hyannis, Massachusetts, from Quebec City, Canada. I can't recommend Port City highly enough. Great Service, pleasant smiles, and free coffee at the ready. They are the perfect spot for clearing Customs as well.

One of the most efficient and friendliest FBO's in New England. My wife and I fly a Skyhawk and last but not least the service we get from Port City Air is one of the reasons we land at Pease on a regular basis to go shopping in the area or drive to BOS. We based with Port City over this past summer. Although they sound cliché, phrases like "Above and beyond the call of duty" and "Treated us like kings" are pretty accurate descriptions of the kind of service we got from them. From customer service to maintenance to management, everybody there was a joy to work with, and they all went that extra mile. As one example, we ended up virtually monopolizing the conference room for much longer than we had any right to; but we were always told that it wasn't any problem, use it as much as we wanted. Etc. I can't say enough about this place. Certainly one of the more professional and better run FBO's in my experience. And we are certain to return whenever we land back on PSM for customs or fuel. Good job guys!

These guys are (almost) as cool as the folks at my home base (KIWI), which is high praise indeed! They lent us a car to hit the liquor store, and even helped us load our booty into the a/c under the disapproving glare of Homeland Security types. They only thing they need to be perfect is a horseshoe pitch. We'll be back!

Benchmark FBO. Professional, competent staff. No hassle. No wait. Modern, clean facility. Lobsters, courtesy car, golf, ocean, shopping, restaurants nearby. No traffic jams. 24 hour tower. Ask for David Ross. Can't do better.

Great FBO. We flew in with a big group of passengers on a rainy day. The line service pulled up their rental car and helped load it with luggage. They were able to recharge our oxygen right away and the lady behind the desk inside gave us all kinds of great maps of the area, since we were in town for 3 days. On departure we were promptly pulled up, plugged into the GPU, fueled with our coffee and ice. This was helpful because our passengers all showed up 40 minutes early. Thanks Port City Air.

Great stop for customs on way south from 'the great white north (Canada)'. Port City staff is very accommodating and just nice folks. Facilities are excellent, new, and pilot areas are first class. Suggest a self-serve fuel farm to get avgas price down. Keep up the great work!

Port City Air is definitely the FBO to use at PSM - friendly staff, always willing to help and beautiful facility to preflight plan in. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the company, and the added bonus is it's my home base!

Flew in from Atlanta and tied down over Christmas holidays. One of the best and most professionally run FBOs I've encountered. Facilities are new, modern, spacious and spotless. Staff went out of its way to make my family (wife and 2 kids) welcome while I was busy with post and pre-flight activities. Prior to arrival, I had a number of maintenance questions and spoke with their line service director, Mike Ricci, who was able to give me the peace of mind I needed to make them my choice. They even hangered my plane the morning of departure to avoid frost/preheat delays. In summary, I ask a lot from an FBO and they exceeded my expectations.

WOW! First time to KPSM in the last 8 years, and what a change! The Port City Air line and reception staff was extremely welcoming, the building was new and beautiful and the sunset was magnificent from the comfy chair in the lounge. What a great experience! Will definitely be back!

I have been using Port City Air for over two years now. Can't say enough good things about it. Brand new beautiful building, great pilot lounge, flight planning room with high speed Internet, super friendly staff, fast service, and right up front at the departure end of the runway. Highly recommended.

We landed at PSM as a group of 6 aircraft. The personnel at Port City let us use their van to go to the marina. Great lunch and back to Port City. All the planes were fueled and there is a .65 cent/gal discount on weekends! Great people to deal with and very friendly. We shall return!!

I recently (8/17) landed at Pease. The staff at Port City ("PCA") were extremely helpful, friendly and cooperative. The facilities were clean and well maintained. I would recommend PCA to anyone visiting Pease.

Stopped in Sunday 7/31 due to weather. Was very impressed by the level of service! Line guy was there in the rain with no delay. Laurie Ann at the desk showed us around their very nice facility and even made us popcorn. Great wx/planning area. Sensing that me and the mrs wanted to explore, she offered up their crew pickup. Couldn't get her to take any gas $ for its use. The only $ we spent was for a Snickers bar and we got treated like royalty. Next time, we'll go to PCA on purpose!

I received the best service EVER from this FBO. EVERYBODY, from the line crew to the front desk, is friendly and accommodating. I arrived in a Cirrus and received Gulfstream treatment. Kudos to the staff at Port City.

Outstanding service!!! I arrived Friday July 15 and was professionally guided in and helped with my airplane full of luggage. On my departure date, July 17th, the line supervisor showed me that my front tire was flat. They promptly complied with my instructions to fill to proper psi and checked it over the next 4 hours while I waited for wx to clear. (it stayed properly inflated) In addition, since I was grounded all morning, they let me use their courtesy car to make one last visit to see my niece and nephew. All in all, the best FBO visit I've had in the last 15 years. Well done!

My wife and I stopped at Port City Air on Tuesday and will positively use this FBO in the future. Red Carpet upon arrival, very nice line and desk personnel. Michael Ricci (director of line services) allowed us to use the (new) courtesy car overnight since we were leaving early the next morning. They said if we called ahead they would have our plane pulled up and a fresh pot of coffee waiting. Overall just a GREAT stop.
