Flew in on a weekend but Enterprise blew it and did not deliver our rental car as arranged. Redding Jet Center to the rescue! They let us use their crew car for the whole weekend, going above and beyond to save our vacation. Thank you, RJC!

I cannot overstate the excellent service that I received from the crew at Redding Jet Center this morning. We had a quadriplegic passenger in a wheelchair that needed to be loaded into our PC12! They provided all the assistance and care that she needed. They also provided a forklift to lift her into the plane! Outstanding Job! I only wish that all aviation companies had these kind of dedicated individuals working day in and day out to provide such excellent service. My deepest thanks for the crew at Redding Jet Center, keep up the good work!
