I have never been at a Signature that treated me so well. Very friendly and helpful. I will be back there in a couple weeks and actually look forward to the trip. Jay the manager, Ola and Laura were great. Don't be surprised by the prices, it is SFO. Check prices before going and quit the complaining about the cost.

Moral of the story... If you are flying GA, go to OAK, SQL, PAO or HWD... This airport literally is not for you... When it is busy, it is hard enough for the controllers to get the big iron off the ground in the slots approach provides them between arrivals on the 28's... A VFR guy, or even a slower IFR Piston aircraft can literally end up delaying thousands of airline passengers. I am a GA pilot, and common sense tells me to stay away from SFO, for the sake of everyone involved. If Signature SFO rips you off, I say, you had it coming.

The folks at signature were great. Quick efficient service. People need to realize that this is not a G/A Airport! It's not even a Part 135 airport. I am always surprised when people complain about the fees (you can find out about them in advance and there are plenty of other airports in the area such as OAK, PAO, HWD, SQL, STS and SJC). Those fees are in place to deter GA activities.

PC-12 fees for picking up 2 passengers: Med Turboprop $200, Landing Fee $123, Airport Parking $36, Total $359! If purchase 120 gallons at $6.24 per gallon the $200 extortion would be waived.

I don't know why every one acts so surprised about the price. It's not like you don't know in advance. I had a great experience at Signature SFO. I called in advance and Marco had a shuttle waiting to take my passengers around to the terminal. The service was prompt and friendly. Nile, or maybe Nigel? (Sorry, hope I spelled his name correctly, not to great with names) at the front desk was very polite, friendly and helpful. Yeah it cost a lot, but so what. It's not like aviation is the cheapest way to get a hamburger. The only problem I had was trying to taxi at night at SFO...way to many light's. Confusing for the little guy if you don't fly in there all the time.

Signature what a bunch of gangsters. I was do'in a photo shoot over downtown SF in a R22 helicopter, needed fuel amd had the best ATC experiences ever with the controllers over the few days I was flying there but the FBO what thieves. I waited 45 mins for my fuel because only 1 out of a handfull of linemen actually worked and I wasn't the only one on this fine flying day awaiting fuel. Then the bill came $55 for landing and $42 to park but they did waive the $32 handling fee which they have the nerve to even conjure up. I found the FBO nice, the front desk people lack people skills for the money they dare charge and the line service you would get better in the middle of nowhere. The problem with this place is too many Chiefs and no enough indians, And I've been to their FBO's at John Wayne Airport, Detroit, PBI and Long Beach also and been waiting for the lineman everytime. If you want fuel and you need a quick turnaround fly into you reserve and land somewhere else.

We need to wake up. This is taxpayer supported airport. They can not legally charge those fees. Check FAA publication.
