Flew in for a business meeting. What a great airport! I arrived after dark and was assisted with everything from tie downs and fuel to ground transportation. Thank you.

Parked here over July 4th weekend. Arrived the night before, couldn't find the tiedowns in the dark so I just left it chocked; when I returned for the flight home, it was secured (they use chains as tiedowns). The lone guy working there filled up the plane with gas quickly. Parking fees apply even with purchase of fuel.

Fastest gas service I have seen in a year. Great place and most historical.

Anyone know of Bill Orr or Frank Gossett? They were around in the 70's...I was wondering if anyone knew of their whereabouts.

On May 3, I landed at SPA as the destination for an Angel Flight. The line person fueled me fast so I could beat bad weather out and head back home. But the weather got there first! The lineman put my plane in their hangar! The folks were mighty nice. It is sure my choice for that area from now on.
