We arrived in the company jet after a short notice change of plans. Line service helped with a large number of bags and gave us the quickest quick turn imaginable. Very professional from marshaling us in to marshaling us out. Thank you!

My wife and I flew into SRB in our C172 last week. We have been there a few times before but not in several years. I did not see any obvious transient parking areas so taxied up to the FBO and was immediately greeted on the radio and directed to spacious parking out in front. I did not bother asking for chocks but I'm sure they were available if I had needed them - I just set my brake before going into the FBO. Very nice breakroom with microwave. Very friendly staff. We were there about 45 minutes and did not purchase fuel. I've never been asked to pay a fee there.

C182–dropped by to take a friend for a local flight. Upon landing, I had to ask where I should park via the Unicom frequency. Luckily, I brought my own set of chalks. I was on the ramp for a maximum of 3 hours. I was charged a $20 ramp fee. Very unusual to be charged this kind of fee at an out of the way country airport. Not providing normal ramp services and charging a fee is unsatisfactory.
