They are definitely set up for the charter jet crowd. We were the only little plane on the ramp (although we did arrive after midnight). They shuttled us two and from the hotel, they suggested the hotel to begin with (and it was a nice place to spend a night after a long flight). The plane was ready and fueled when we returned.

Did a pax pickup Saturday evening (4:30pm). Signature customer service is back in St Louis! Friendly staff offered to run shuttle to terminal (which we didn't need). Even assisted pax carting baggage to airplane. When we couldn't take it all, they cheerfully offered to store a bag through the weekend. At least this weekend staff understood (and respected) the difference between a 172 and a G4.

Flew in from SW Illinois for a quick visit to a local hospital. We were prepared for all the "usual" fees. Asked for fuel to try to reduce fees, but were told their Avgas truck was disabled. Office personnel waived all the ramp fees and then offered us the crew car for our visit. Even gave us local Root Beer to try! These guys do have it together. We'll stop here anytime we're in St Louis.

I was flying across the country in our small plane (DA40). We were pressed for time and doing longer legs and less sight seeing. I called Signature from KICT (Wichita, KS) a couple hours ahead and explained that I would be landing near midnight. They arranged two hotel rooms (checking a couple hotels that were already booked solid), shuttled us to the hotel and picked us up in the morning. They had topped off the plane and hadn't shifted it at all from its convenient spot on the ramp right near the doors. I couldn't have asked for better service. Friendly and helpful.

This Signature has it all together. I flew in last week for a couple of days. As stated, the landing fee is waived if you take on at least 7 gallons of fuel. While it is a little steep for the overnight charges - 29.40 per night - this is typical of an airport at this level. The important thing was not the costs but the way they treated my Cirrus and me. I felt like a first class Jet customer. From the lineman (helping with tie downs and luggage) to the desk personnel, everything was top notch. They even had special "Cirrus Only" chocks. The desk personnel shopped for the best rental car pricing for me and arranged the whole thing. This Signature really has the service together!

Flew a relative in for an airline flight on Sunday, July 8. Line service was friendly and efficient. Luggage was whisked away to the shuttle van, and the driver waited for us at the terminal during check-in, since they weren't visibly busy. Fuel cost was $5.11/gal (fair for metro area) before weekend discount. Minimum purchase of 7 gallons 100LL saved ramp fee of $27. Facility seems nice, but I didn't need anything besides the terminal shuttle. Would use them again when needed.

Super service on this stop. We stayed there several nights. It's a Signature, so fuel wasn't cheap, but everything was handled extraordinarily well!

Used Signature to drop off my sister-in-law who was flying out of Lambert on Southwest. The staff was friendly and efficient. It took all of 20 min to unload and ride the shuttle to the terminal. I was back in the air 45 min after landing. Didn't get fuel. Landing fees totaled 32.50. The way I look at it, I would've spent more buying fuel. Anyway, if you're flying into Lambert Signature is a great way to go.

We visited Signature STL on 7/5/06 in one of our 7 PC12s. I must say that as a rule I avoid Signature at all cost, at all airports. I find their service terrible, and their ramp and fuel cost outrageous. But today I had the MOST PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE of any FBO I have ever visited. The service was second to none, they cleaned the windscreen after we shut down, cleaned the interior of the airplane (no charge) and offered us the gracious southern hospitality that we are so content with in CLT. My hats off to you Signature STL, all other Signature locations should send their managers here for training, this is how business is done!!!! Thank You.

We had to stay in St. Louis for about two weeks, and the experience at Signature was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the service was impeccable, and Mike French, the General Manager, offered storage in a hangar were the airplane wouldn't be disturbed at a very reasonable rate. Signature is not always the least expensive option (although with the weekend Avgas discount, it often is), but I have never known the service to be anything less than outstanding, and I would highly recommend this FBO.

Stopped into Signature for a prearranged quick turn. If you need a quick turn, go to SUS. When we parked the aircraft, line personnel informed us that when they finished fueling another aircraft they would then fuel us. After about 45 minutes and our aircraft wasn't fueled, we asked the status and was told by the front desk that they now had 3 or 4 aircraft to be fueled ahead of us. The line personnel was angry that we asked for them to expedite and took three times as long to fuel us as they should have. We would have made arrangements at SUS had we known that a "quick turn" would not have been possible at Signature STL.

I flew with my family in to STL over the Easter weekend with our Cirrus and used Signature. The service we experienced was awsome. Two line men greeted us and immediately helped us unload our luggage into the golf cart. When at the gate, the paperwork was already filled out by the friendly front desk person. With the Signature van we got a ride to the nearby Hilton. The driver not only unloaded our luggage but carried it to the check in counter of hotel. I can not imagine a better service! Thank you Signature team.

Based on other AirNav comments, I stopped here to pick up my wife. Overall, a positive, if expensive (not surprising at a class B airport) experience. I purchased fuel (15.7 gallons) and they waived the $25.00 handling fee. The airport also has a $7.50 landing fee (for my Grumman Tiger). The line people were friendly and helpful, and overall the service was excellent. It is nice to see that we are getting something for the money. If I need to be at Lambert again, I will return to Signature.

I flew into Lambert Field to pick up my daughter and used Signature. Even though I "only" have a homebuilt RV-6 I got first class treatment from Signature. The line staff was friendly and courteous, as well as the people inside. I got the $23.50 waived by buying some fuel. I would go back to Signature the next time I fly into Lambert.

Watch out for the "fees" at this FBO ... $23 Ramp Fee, $7.50 Landing Fee, $25/night Ramp Parking Fee. Other than that ... great service!
