  Excellent FBO with very friendly people and courteous service. I can't say enough good things about them. I have used them multiple times, and have had positive experiences each time.

  Granite Aviation was informed that the fuel pump was sticking after thoroughly dousing my aircraft with Avgas. Upon reporting this to Granite Aviation staff and requesting a return call from the owner, the manager responded with an unprofessional and curt response, I still have not received a call from the owner, and the pump continues to not be fixed despite their claim they fixed it. Not a friendly or helpful place to fuel.

Dear Lory, I am sorry to hear that you had a horrible experience. We try our best to make sure that our equipment is operating well, but sometimes things fall through the cracks. As for the staff and the manager, I have had discussions with them as well. During my discussions with the staff and the customers that were around during this incident it has come to my attention that your behavior was rude and extremely unnecessary. Since I have known your family for more than a decade, I am surprised on your course of action. You have had my cell phone as well as my email address and for the time it took for you to log into this website and write this review, you could have just emailed, texted or called me. This shows me and the staff that you have more interest in revenge for an ill-perceived wrong then you do for actually trying to be a supportive member of our aviation community.
