Went to York today with my niece for lunch. Besides being an absolutely gorgeous day to fly the restaurant was up to its usual standards. My niece got chicken fingers and wanted honey mustard for them and they had none. But the waitress volunteered to make it for her and she did an excellent job. Just going that additional step that makes all the difference.

Always a great stop. The folks at York, in the front office and the restaurant, are fantastic. So is the cream of crab soup!

Took my family to York in our Tri-Pacer today and it was great. We had a nice and very inexpensive breakfast at the Kitty Hawk Restaurant, the service and food were both great. Also enjoyed all of the model airplanes hanging from the ceiling, you definitely know you are at an airport. The FBO staff was friendly and quick with the fuel. Oh yeah, the restaurant is now open for dinner on weekends, and closed on Mondays. Looking forward to going back.

Flew family and friends to York yesterday to visit Gettysburg area and had a great experience. Called the day before about a car rental and Jody was very helpful and scheduled the courtesy car for us. What a convenience and savings this was! We always enjoy this airport, the people and the restaurant. Several months ago I had a bad battery and they jumped it in very quick order and off we went! Thank you, all.

Dropped in for lunch this afternoon. The food was great (the cream of crab was excellent!) and the airport folks friendly as always. Topped of the plane while we were eating. Always enjoy flying into York.

Always a good experience at THV. Reasonable fuel prices, great service, friendly people, good restaurant. No ramp or landing fees. Well-managed and well-run airport.

Just want to leave a special thanks for "Mike, the A&P" at York! He noticed one of my nav lights was out and recommended a replacement bulb, then found it that it was really the ground causing the problem. He fixed it ASAP for the cost of the bulb (which I kept as an extra). Now that is excellent service - I will be back! Well done Mike and the entire York crew. Bravo.

My wife and I Super Cubbed into York for the weekend were met courteously, our rental car was at hand, fuel prices were acceptable, the restaurant looks inviting, though we opted to drive to a winery to the south where a big dance band was playing. Thanks Dave for your wonderful, friendly service. We'll be back!

We flew in last night for a concert at the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center. After having an excellent dinner at Orville's Restaurant, the good folks at York Aviation loaned us the courtesy car and away we went. Thanks both to the restaurant and York Aviation for a Class A operation. We'll be back!

Thanks to all the gang at York Aviation. Dave and the guys in the maintenance hangar were SUPERB!!! They were very helpful with some minor repairs that I needed help with. Rich, ...You and the line boys and the gals at the desk are top notch. Very courteous and helpful indeed!!! It was GREAT coming "home" to the airfield where I learned to fly about 15 years ago. This FBO definitely provides the professional and courteous service that will keep you coming back.

Great airport and FBO. Flew in for a friends retirement party; promptly directed to parking on UNICOM. Provided a crew car for a few hours to visit Glen Rock. While getting ready to depart had a National Guard AH-64 Apache from the 28th ID Aviation Brigade do a low approach fly by! Service was excellent!! Will be back.

I have made several stop overs at THV to stretch my legs, or use the rest room. Each time, I have always been greeted with a smile from the customer service folks. Even though, I haven't spent a dime at that airport, they treat me with kindness and respect. If the need ever comes, I would gladly spend my hard earned money at their facility.

Flew in for an Angel Flight, and decided to stay overnight due to TRWs between me and home. FBO couldn't have been more helpful with hotel, courtesy car, etc.. Next morning I discovered that I had left the master on overnight. They charged my battery at no charge ($ that is). Also they discount fuel for Angel Flights.

York Aviation is fast, friendly and efficient - I go there often in my C-150 year-round. I can usually fly in unannounced from Carlisle and get fuel/service within minutes. The restaurant and aviation shop there, combined with the well-run FBO make this the best little general aviation stop in Central PA. Thanks - keep up the great work for us private flyers! MM
