Very nice people - stopped for a day to take kids snorkeling in Key Largo. Gave us a $.30 discount on fuel and there were no ramp or landing fees. Would definitely use again.

Competent line staff. Bring your own laptop; there is only one computer available for pilot usage and it is a stand-up machine at the front desk. The flight planning room has weather computers but no computer with standard Internet browsers. If there is a pilot's lounge, I couldn’t find it.

Stopped in last Friday for two nights. Facility was very nice and the two ladies on staff, Janie and Lisset, were most pleasant and helpful. Always nice to be treated like you are flying big iron, even when you aren't. If you have to go to Miami, this is the place to stop.

I stayed 3 nights with my C421. I had planned to buy 100+ gallons, but passenger load and destination changed so that I bought zero fuel. Nonetheless, Reliance charged me only $10 per day - very kind.

We stopped at Reliance to wait out a thunderstorm and ended up staying the night. The folks there bent over backwards to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Great folks and great service.

I stopped by Reliance Aviation on Thursday, February 16, 2006 in my C-172 at 11:30AM local, and asked for a top off while I spent the day in Miami. They assured me that the plane would be fueled within 20 minutes. When I returned 9 hours later, they could not figure out if the plane had been fueled. As it turned out, they still had not fueled the plane, which delayed my flight by 33 minutes. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. They tried to offset the inconvenience of this by giving me a $5 discount, which is a joke. In my opinion, this FBO cannot be trusted, and is extremely incompetent.

well I just want to start off by thanking Jeremy Cuevas and the rest of his line crew. if it weren't for these guys I wouldn't be an aircraft owner at this time. They have gone out of there way to get my airplane out of harms way 3 times this year alone. That's why I have been a reliance customer (tie down) now for over 9 years. I wouldn't even think of parking my plane on any other ramp these guys do care about there customers and the aircraft parked on there ramp. If you're looking for good professional service from people who care. this is the only place to go Thanks.
