Landed yesterday on October 17th with a Piper Arrow to visit Halloween Horror Night at Busch Gardens. Without notice, at about 9PM, we got free courtesy car for about 5 hours and when we returned back and prepared wallet to pay for handling and ramp fees (did not buy any fuel), friendly staff said just "Don’t worry about it". Great place and close to everything in Tampa. Thank you!

I landed briefly yesterday to drop a passenger off. Staff was courteous, but I was charged a $25 "handling fee" because I did not buy a minimum of 10 gal avgas. This is not an advertised fee (AOPA notes "overnight fee") and I felt it to be unreasonable and excessive. Certainly will affect my future use of this FBO

Probably the nicest Signature FBO that I have visited! Staff was A#1, very friendly & helpful. Competitive fuel prices. Couldn’t ask for more. Will be back!

I have flown into TPA numerous times in our company 172. The staff at Hawker Beech always treats us as if we were in a corporate jet. Both the line staff and the deck personnel are as courteous and professional as you would want and expect. I highly recommend Hawker Beechcraft.

I requested a ride over to the terminal for a meeting and I was in their shuttle within 5 minutes of arrival at the FBO. Staff was very courteous, and my Bonanza was fueled and by the door ready to go when the shuttle brought me back. TPA was busy but the controllers brought me in quickly on 18L without having to do any holding or excessive manuevers, and HB was right next to the runway. A very enjoyable experience!

Finally a large airport FBO that cares about the little guy!! Flew into TPA 11.21.2007 in my Mooney to pick up my wife who was coming in on a Delta flight. Line crew and staff could not be more helpful. And get this.... NO HANDLING CHARGE and NO FUEL PURCHASE minimum when dropping off and picking up!!!! In fact staff offered me the use of a crew car at no charge but I declined since I don't know my way around yet. So they provided a driver to get me over to the terminal for the pick up. As an aside I overheard staff offer another pilot the use of an H3 Hummer as a crew car!!! Way cool!!! They have a beautiful facility with all the amenities including a game room with a full size pool table and Starbucks coffee. This is the place to stop at TPA. They're located conveniently right next to 36R/18L. You should also note that they have a weekend fuel discount of .50 cents/gallon. I plan to take advantage of that soon!!! Thanks again to all at Hawker-Beechcraft TPA!!

Flew in yesterday in my Aztec to drop my father off in Tampa. Wonderful service. Parked under the canopy and after 15 minutes I left. Asked if I owed anything and the lady smiled and said that I did not need to pay anything since only dropping someone off. Friendly staff and friendly front desk staff. Beautiful facility. Nice canopy allows you to get in and out of your plane without sweating under the sun. Recommend this to all pilots. Will go there again.

First, TPA is an easy airport for single engine GA. Don't be scared off by the Class B. The FBOs are right off 36R and your taxi will be straighter and shorter than at your home field, unless you have your own grass strip. Raytheon was superb. They actually had the least expensive 100LL within the Tampa metro area. Line service was prompt and courteous, the desk efficient and professional. No overnight charge with a fuel purchase. Nice environment with cookies, orange juice etc. Plenty of flight planning facilities. I was given instantaneous courtesy van transportation to my hotel 2 miles away, as well as equally quick pick up on departure day. GA should not hesitate to use this option.

Very good service & helpful staff at Raytheon/TPA. Tie down for light sport a bit pricey though. $65/night for 4 nights, 1st night waived. I guess that's their way to say that they don't want small aircraft business.
