Weather delayed my departure and messed up the car rental arrangements I made in Vernal. Upon my arrival in Vernal, an employee from Dinaland helped me tie down my aircraft. When the Dinaland man heard the problems I was having contacting the car rental company, he let me use their car, even though I told him I might be overnight. I returned later that day to make arrangements to preheat the aircraft in the morning. I got into some enjoyable hangar talk with the owner and other local patrons. They are nice people and have reasonable fuel prices. This is where I will stop if I am in Vernal.

This is THE place to stop for inexpensive fuel and great service. After getting the "bait and switch" from Vernal Aviation I went over to Dinaland and promptly saved .60 cents/gallon! Dinaland's price was even cheaper than what they quote on the phone and the line service guy couldn't have been any nicer. Ice, coffee, telephone, bathrooms and anything else you need are right there. Not a fancy place, but good service and cheap fuel makes Dinaland the place to stop.

Great service from Dinaland! Good fuel price ($3.75) for the area, loaned us a car to go into town for lunch, filled our cooler with ice, what more can you ask? Be careful, the other FBO next door will try to lure you to their tie-downs. They may be great too for all I know, but their fuel is more expensive.
