Stopped in for refueling as a halfway point between Phoenix & Seattle. Buster and staff are extremely accommodating. Reasonable fuel prices. Very clean and well stocked FBO and pilot lounge. Very generous with their crew car to get to town for a quick bite and perhaps drop some coins in the slot machine. My wife bought a Winnemucca baseball style cap with room for her ponytail. Would definitely stop in again. Try Dos Amigos Mexican restaurant in the Holiday Inn Express for outstanding fajitas and a superb waitress named Jasmine.

Great FBO. Came in, in rough weather for a quick turn and instead decided to spend the night. Had us set up with the courtesy car and a great hotel in a few minutes. Very friendly service and extremely helpful.

On 11/1/08, after a very turbulent flight in weather, Buster was on the ramp to greet me in the cold wind and rain. He told me to get into the office and get warm and that he would fuel and tie down the plane. He gave me the keys to the crew car and said get some rest. He saw that I was white as a ghost when I taxied up to the ramp! BUSTER IS TRULY THE MAN! What a guy, and what a great place!

BUSTER IS THE MAN!!! If you need a breather or want to stay the night, these folks will take excellent care of you. Greeted on UNICOM by name, parked, tied down, fueled and with a courtesy car waiting all in about 15 minutes. You CAN'T ask for more than this place offers. We had a group flight land at KWMC this past week (eight planes) for an overnight. Buster and his crew performed flawlessly in supporting all of our various needs and wants . . . Even loaning us his personal car to run folks into town (we'd all ready commandeered the courtesy van!). I highly recommend anyone looking for top-notch service and the chance to meet some good folks, stop in at Winnemucca Flying Service!

Stopped in on a weather diversion, very friendly couple runs the place, they offered to stay late on a Sunday night or let me stay in the pilot's lounge as long as I needed after hours until the weather cleared. Washed my windows and even brought out their lab to play with my German Shepherd.

Just recently stayed at WMC for a week and this was my second experience with Winnemucca Air Service. We had outstanding service and support both times and the staff is very friendly as well. Thanks Jen and Matt for everything and hope to see you again soon!

My hometown FBO is the best. It is once again owned by Randy, and that is a great positive effect. Matt, Jen and Nate all continue to provide excellent, efficient and friendly customer service. Although a great airport and fuel stop, explore Winnemucca and Humboldt County - you will not be disappointed.

Stopped here on 31 Dec 2007. FBO ownership is in transition. Previous owner has retaken control. Matt and Jen apparently are no longer around. Nate provided line service very competently.

We stopped last week, based on the recommendations of AirNav comments. We were not disappointed. Very friendly staff, friendly airport dogs. We used their loaner van to go get lunch. We'd stop again for sure.

Great service! Matt and Jen are always on top of things - first class service. They'll even let you use their courtesy car to drive into town. The Griddle and Country Kitchen are two great places for breakfast or lunch. I'll be back every chance I get.

I have stopped at least twice now after hours with critical patients onboard to refuel to Reno. Matt and Jen met us at the aircraft for a fast refueling and handed us Starbucks drinks to continue our flight. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I would recommend this FBO to anyone.

Had to spend the night unexpectedly. Matt and Jen were fantastic and extremely friendly!! The clean, nice FBO has Internet access via WIFI or their dedicated computer to check weather, email etc. I would definitely stop in again for fuel or to stretch the legs.

Great FBO! Quick refueling and they even gave me an air-conditioned car for the trip into town to eat lunch. Facilities are great (bathroom, flight planning, lounge area) and people are very friendly. Definitely a good place to stop/refuel.

Randy and his crew are GREAT! Friendly, accommodating. Second stop in two years (3/26). Put our Warrior in their hangar, gave us their late-model Chevy Astro van courtesy car, even held the aircraft door open in winds gusting to 30 knots while we unloaded. Clean FBO with computer for flight planning. Recommended.
