This is by far the best FBO that I have found. I am a business traveler and fly my own piston single, so I see lots of FBO's. Have you ever had one of those trips where everything was going wrong? Plane broke down, weather moved in, etc. It all happened on this trip, and these people made it right. I would try to explain further, but you will have to stop here to see.

Positively spotless clean beautiful facility that is only outshone by the wonderful friendly staff. We are so glad that we chose Regional Jet Center as our fuel stop on our way to Oklahoma. If we are back in the area, you can be sure this FBO will be our choice. Thanks.

AUG 5 2007 1st time to XNA for Angel Flight and the facilities and service were excellent. Did not need a lot of fuel but they were very helpful and fast. Great place!!!

Nice facility but a bit dirty and trashy. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Was in there just before midday and noticed that bathrooms were rather filthy and lobby furniture was dusty as though janitor was on vacation and no one covered his absence. That's my only gripe about an otherwise decent experience.

Stopped in XNA for fuel for our Cessna 421 on a cross-country trip. The weather was nasty and rainy, they parked me literally a couple of steps from the front door. I got my umbrella out but really did not need it because we were so close. This is a first class, big time facility with down home hospitality. Highly recommended.

We did an unexpected stop for a minor emergency. Regional Jet Center is the kind of FBO all pilot should know.

Greatest FBO I've ever been to. Military helo X-Country to KC (from FL). Not only is the place exquisite, they have everything you need. After arriving, if you didn't call before hand, they'll have a MASSIVE, TRUE BBQ sandwich for $1/person (military rate) with all you can drink Tea and lemonade, Potato salad, warm baked beans, chips and a Klondike bar. What would I do for a Klondike bar??? NOTHING after eating that BBQ!!!! It'd ruin the taste! AWESOME. If you are in the military and hesitate about stopping in, you're just plain wrong. GO. Thanks guys.

Ever had one of those early morning arrivals followed by a 10pm takeoff? If so, hope you spend the day at this place. 3 bedrooms available with showers, exercise room, catering, game room, Internet, excellent briefing room, and so on! This is a fairly new airport with state of the art FBO building and personnel.

KXNA Northwest Arkansas Regional, AR. A true jet center, and my Cessna 150 was so unusual that the line boss had one of his new men fuel the 150 because the fellow had never fueled anything but jets. Not a single GA aircraft is based on the field, they said, although I suppose they were not considering executive jets as GA. They gave me a Lincoln courtesy car with experience for overnight use and pointed me to a hotel that had a special rate for pilots that included both evening and morning meals. The FBO has a game room, exercise room, showers, individual snooze rooms, coffee, cookies, chips, and ice cream. The FBO was decked out in chrome, marble, tile, and motion sensing trashcans. It is more impressive than a luxury resort hotel.

Absolutely the best FBO that I have been to. The facilities are much better and more extravagant than I would have expected from a small airport. The FBO itself is as much of a destination as the beautiful Ozarks!

Stopped on a short training flight. I was directed right to the door and greeted by the line personnel. Although, I was just a student stopping for a stretch, I was treated quite nicely. The facilities are quite impressive, nice flight planning room, game room, and room to take a nap. Easy in and out airport.
