Great stop today in the Bonanza. Strong headwinds on the way back home made us look for a fuel stop in an area we don't know well; between the friendly FBO service and the nice restaurant on the field, BAK was a pleasant surprise.

Katelynn is a fabulous ambassador for Jet Access, Columbus Indiana. When we were doing preplanning from home in Canada, for our trip, Katelynn was so helpful, friendly and professional in providing information on local car rental options etc. Due to severe weather, we had to delay our arrival into KBAK by one day when we were completing our trip. Another call to Katelynn and she had such positive attitude as she coordinated the change info to the rental car company. When we landed Floyd was great to quickly marshal us in, and help us get our rental car planeside. He and Riley quickly fueled our plane, and got us in a hangar, all exactly as per our request. The facilities and amenities here are beautiful, but Katelynn, Floyd and Riley are gems that impressed us the most. Can't wait to fly back to Jet Access in KBAC.

Stopped in on the way to Oshkosh in our old Cessna with the family. Fuel, excellent coffee and excellent cookies got us moving again. They took good care of us.
