Flew into KBVY on 6/19/2026 in a PA-32 (Cherokee Six) and parked at Flight Level Aviation FBO. I stayed for two days, and they charged me the daily $15 ramp fee and waived the other day's charge with a purchase of fuel. Service was courteous and flight line operations were efficient.

Excessive fees for :15 stop. Paid $400, $200 was Facility Fee, $200 was Ramp/Parking Fee for a Citation 550. Employees were pleasant. I didn't have time to fuel due to schedule, but I think $200 would be waived if I did.

I was dropping off a friend at Beverly and didn't actually even want to stop into the FBO. Still, they had me park and go inside for which they charged me a $60 fee. They do not advertise this fee on Foreflight, Garmin or AirNav. Worst of all they don't mention the fee on their own website. If you don't need FBO services, you can go to the other side of the field and park near the tower for free.

Be careful, fees are not advertised on FF or Garmin. $250 for a 10 min stop. Not pleasant experience
