The self-serve pumps seem to be INOP more than they are available. Sometimes they are NOTAM'ed and sometimes they aren't. Look for cones in front of the pump. Billion Air has a truck but be sure to give a gallon amount if not topping off. I asked for "tabs" and got tabs +6 gallons.
