Signature took over Meridian and that building is now Signature-West. Unfortunately, on 06/05/26 my first visit there since the acquisition, they charged me an unpublished $512.40 parking fee for my Arrow being there more than one hour. ONE HOUR! No notice, no warning, even when I told them I would be there for 8 hours, nothing mentioned at all. There are also other unpublished and unknown fees such as a Prior Reservation Required fee if you don't reserve six hours in advance of arrival and a possible Event Fee. It is well known that Signature is expensive and not small GA friendly which is why I checked their website before deciding to use that FBO. I learned the hard way that going to their website and entering your aircraft type WILL NOT tell you what you are going to pay there. None of these fees are even mentioned on the site. Consider yourself warned!

Single engine piston Columbia 400. Overnight parking was $220 a night, $12 Infrastructure fee, and other fees waived with fuel. Fuel was pricey. My mistake parking here, there are other operators on the field that are still GA piston-friendly. I have no one to blame but myself, I called for a reservation but the person on the other end did not know the fee schedule and I failed to look up the costs on the Signatures Website, they are published. Signature East and West are $220 a night, South is $355 as of this writing. They parked me in the swamp which is the back row near the marsh area. No ground help with bags etc..., the counter was friendly enough. I would have probably ignored all of that if the parking price had not been so outrageous. If you are flying a piston into TEB check the others first.

Single engine Cessna 400. Treated the plane and me like a big guy. Ramp was on a congestion hold but they still found room for me because I had made a reservation. They have an online system or you can call, highly advised. Fuel was the best on the field, one night parking fee waived for every 15 gallons. Great job across the whole team.

Definitely the place to stop at TEB. There's also a NJ Transit bus stop just outside that will take you into Manhattan.
