This was our first quick fuel stop from Maine on our way back to Texas. What a great find! Excellent fuel prices for this part of the country, a very clean, comfortable FBO and the runway and taxiway are in excellent shape. Great country airport.

Terrific service at this FBO, on top of the best fuel price in a wide area.

Stopped on 10-10 to fill the tanks with NYS's best buy on Av gas. An arriving jet blew my gas log off my wing as it passed. As I continued filling the tank, an instructor picked up the log and brought it back to me and asked some questions about how the Comanche I was flying flew and handled. After I filled up, I went inside the FBO to grab a drink. The instructor was finishing his student's log. When he was done with he student he noticed me and continue his conversation. Offered to take him up and he jumped at the opportunity. Flew to KGBH and back with him taking the controls before I landed on the 'short' runway and then returning to 1B1 shooting an RNAV into 01. In the end he commented on how much he liked the speed and way the plane handled, thanked me for the ride and offered to help pay for some of the fuel. Great fuel price, nice FBO, friendly attendants and an IFR practice hold and approach logged. A nice touch on a beautiful fall day flight.

Stopped on the last leg to PSM. Filled up with 42 gallons SS and went inside to use the facility and get a drink of water. It was not very busy with only two aircraft on the field, mine and one other student pilot. A few staff in and out of small offices that walked right past me after eye to eye contact. Not one word, no thanks for the purchase, need anything else? ... Nothing. I can't rate as poor or terrible since they really did nothing, but they really did nothing. Not trying to be rude, but probably not on my list of return stops.
