I'm always met with a friendly "Hello" and assist to tie down. I waited weather last week with relatives for a couple of days & Baker is the most convenient Memphis field to their home. Memphis Flight Watch (122.0) and ATC were great this trip also!

Used this facility for a meeting in Memphis. The service was great. The Enterprise car was there. We fueled and parked at one of the tie downs. Fuel price was reasonable. Landed Friday afternoon, departed Sunday morning. Clean but limited services but has the essentials. Would definitely use again.

This airport is easily confused with the other Millington airport and our rent car was stationed at the wrong place. This was corrected very quickly. Service at 2M8 was very friendly and prices were good. Facilities are limited.

Landed at dusk on Saturday, 11FEB06, did a quick refuel at the self-service pumps and tied the aircraft down. It was very cold outside and the FBO was not attended at that time, but the interior of the building was open and access to the very clean restrooms and telephone/computer was available. This is very convenient and we appreciated being able to come in from the cold, as our ride was an hour late picking us up. A food and drink machine was also available. I'll use this airport again in the Memphis area.

Another good report. Stopped here for fuel on 1/27/06. While working the self-serve at the guaranteed price an attendant rolled up on a large tractor, took over the refueling operation, and offered a place inside to sit and eat my lunch. Accommodative and friendly ATC services in and out.

I have continued to fly into Charles Baker Airport on almost a weekly basis for about 5 months. The combination line/maintenance guys there are great and know what service is all about. Even though the fuel is self service, they will help you position your plane, pump the fuel for you and help with tie downs and unloading. This is a quiet airport and there always seems to be plenty of available tiedown space if you need it.

Arrived on Aug 25, 2005. Not a soul to be found when I got there. Fuel is 24hr credit card. Building has a weather computer that is accessible from the lobby. By the time I left the airport showed some signs of life. A good place for a quick turn around.
