Very easy fuel point on the east side of the field. Some of the cheapest fuel in the area and everything worked great. Didn't see or use any other facilities.

The FBO is a fantastic, beautiful new facility with great people (Oscar and Denise will go out of their way to help you). There is a courtesy car as well. The FBO is only open 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday but someone will come in to help you if you call. They have books that are free to take (let your passengers read on the flight). I plan to bring books to donate to their collection. The FBO is at the northwest corner of Runway 13. The self-serve fuel pump is northeast of runway 13-31 close to the touchdown zone of 31 (a long taxi away from the FBO). The pump is a little slow. They plan to get a new self serve fuel pump near the FBO.

We flew our Cardinal to Ozark to visit our son at the A&P School. Self-serve fuel was handy to the runway, and the newly built FBO building was very classy, new, and clean. The ramp is nicely done, and up on a knoll, so the planes aren't visible from the road. It doesn't stop there... Denise and Oscar made us feel very welcome and very generously offered to make our local logistics easier by offering the crew car, suggestions for places to visit, and places to eat. We were grounded by bad weather for two extra days, but it was like having a family in town. The only suggestion we would have is for one of the car rental companies to establish a system to make cars available in Ozark. Currently, none of them deliver to Ozark, so you need to borrow the crew car to get the rental car in Dothan, which is 15 miles away. If you need to be in the area, Blackwell is an excellent choice. The FBO is top notch!

I feel honored to be able to write the first review for this outstanding FBO! Denise, the manager, comes from a non-aviation background (marketing and economic development). You would think she had been in the aviation industry for a dozen years based on what she has done to make this facility top notch-including the decorating! The FBO building is only a year old and is very pilot and passenger friendly. Oscar on the line is also new but learns quickly and did a great job of servicing our King Air. Fuel prices are very competitive with those of the surrounding airports. The whole team has big plans for the future development of this outstanding FBO and airport and we can't wait to return and see how they are progressing!
