Just wanted to write down my recent experience Landed at 20:03 took off at 20:40 per talking with Manager/Atlantic records =37min. Power on and off times show :08 and :33 =25min It was a quick drop off but due to a disgruntled ex-employee running a fuel truck though there office things were in quite a disarray. Requested a call back from management after paying "the long fee" not a quick turn fee. He said he was sorry but as we had already paid $440 there was nothing he could do. For the facility's offered, and services provided, I did not find good value or service in this visit. I understand that Atlantic needs to make money but it out of balance, not very helpful and certainly not what I am used to from other Atlantic locations.
