Great support. I was coming home from Oshkosh and called 4 hours prior looking for tie down. The person at the desk arranged tie down, hotel, and shuttle. Couldn't have been more helpful. Then they gave me the OSH fuel discount!!!

I pass through Edwards almost every year on an annual coast-to-coast trip in my Sportsman. It's a stop I always look forward to and I flight plan to overnight in Billings both east and westbound from Seattle. I've flown all over this country and never encountered an FBO with such consistently wonderful service regardless of airplane size. Every one of the crew is friendly, welcoming and working to help after a hot bumpy ride through the mountains. They've always been quick to set me up with great rates at the Doubletree and call up their shuttle up to take me downtown. Today I put the last snap on my airplane cover as the shuttle arrived, couldn't have been better timing. I said consistency because I've been flying through Billings almost annually for 24 years and Edwards has taken fantastic care of me and my airplane every single time. It takes an exceptionally well run operation with great staff to do that and I encourage anyone flying the mountain west to stop and give Edwards

Staffed July 4, 2024 holiday! Parked up front in Turbo Skylane, we were refueled quickly. Visited to briefly acquaint ourselves with facility for future planned annual inspection. Staff was all helpful & pleasant. Facility was nice & clean. Large ramp area.

OUTSTANDING! The ladies that helped us: Michelle and Addie (Addison) were extremely kind and friendly, very sweet and generous. The line guys that parked us had us chocked, tied down and ready to serve us in any way possible before we could blink. Very easy in and out. Self serve fuel was on the other side of the ramp and easy to use. Only good things to say about the whole experience. Thanks to all!

We have utilized the full range of services at EJC for years, and they have been excellent in every way. The line crew is experienced and always gives first-class treatment. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, the shop staff is knowledgeable, and the facility is tailored to what pilots need. There is not a better place for pilots to spend the day!

Line crew was terrific at marshalling us in, taking our fuel order and fuelling us exactly as we requested. Also, they had our rental car very close, ready for us and parked in the shade. Inside, CSR Michelle is a treasure. She is so helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. The talented team here and great facilities make this FBO really good. Thanks!

Arranged for a quick turn with fuel and GPU. Upon arrival, three line service techs were ready with the GPU plugged in a two fuel nozzles in the wings as I was opening the door. I have never had a faster quick turn anywhere, and I've been at this for over 40 years. Friendly staff and good prices. A great stop on the way to Alaska!

The professional service at Edwards Jet Center is always top notch! The line guys always have the cars ready for my passengers, and the fuel truck standing by. I generally get worried about going to a "jet center" in my little LSA, but no need for that at Eddie's. The line guys were top notch for this layover. They tied her down, fueled her, and more than happy to talk airplanes. The front desk ops lady (student pilot) got us "cheap pilot rate" rooms at the DoubleCookie hotel and arranged a ride. The bill was paid up front for early departure the next day.
