Facilities are nice but forget about a quick turn or anything close to it. We have been on the ramp for close to 30 minutes and no fuel truck yet. This seems to happen to me every time I come through here.

Doc, Gas, and Go! I stopped by on 12/30 to get my first class medical renewed. Dr. Stephen Leonard (208-901-4493) upstairs in the jet center does medicals, and the gas, especially the self service across the field (run by these guys), is the cheapest on the field and nearby GA airports. The staff at the front desk will take care of you well.

Follow up to previous comment of 30Aug21. Mr. Southwick (GM) reached out as follow up. Told fuel dispensing checked "ok", unable to explain problem encountered, with no mention of card reader and ability in getting receipt at self-serve. FBO side is not the issue I encountered. What started as informing management of my experience, led to a breakdown with customer service follow through. Mr. Southwick, in our follow up call several weeks after the event, did offer apologies and extended an open invitation and price reduction for full-serve fuel.

Had to write my experience after reading the previous ones I had a great time in Boise, I found the line staff to be super helpful was able to use a very nice Highlander crew car during my short stay and was topped off ready to go when I got back. Highly recommend Jacksons!

July 9, I arrived at the self-serve pump. After several attempts, with 3 different cards, the reader allowed my purchase of 70 gallons; mechanical pump shut off at 69.6; receipt printer: inop. FBO CSR notified of card reader and printer issues told, "yeah, we've been having problems". July 11, returned, encountering the same reader/printer issues, purchasing 95 gallons: Pump shut off at 94.6. Repositioned to FBO for bathroom break and get copies of receipts. Invoiced for 90 gallons (69.6 dispensed) on first visit, correct on second. Young lady at the counter recommended I speak with Heidi, Customer Service manager: -Heidi brief chat after several unacknowledged attempts and calling GM. No further response, incl replies to messages left. -Amon: Current GM. Email exchange, no promised follow up. -Brent: Retiring GM. Brief call, no promised reply. This spans a patience of 5 weeks. I've filed a claim with my CC company. Good SS prices, equipment issues; poor management customer service.

Made the mistake of not checking AirNav preflight. Had I read the previous review I would have skipped Jackson. Unfortunately I had the same poor experience and I'm sorry to have to post this poor review of Jackson. On our arrival there was only one jet on the ramp and the lineman tries to marshall me in way too close to the jet. I refused and pulled farther out despite his waving and scowling. Lineman had no need to put two wingtips within inches of each other with an empty ramp, just poor marshalling. I wasn't risking my wing or the jet next to me. Once in the lobby the CSR didn't have a word for us. Only the two jet pilots and us there but she had nothing to do with us. I selected Jackson thinking to use the SS fuel, but their SS is on the opposite side of the airfield, not mapped at all, so basically got pushed into FS fuel.
